They advertise the position I got as full time cleaner night shifts. Soon as I finished the 2 weeks training, which actually turned into 4 weeks… they said I wasn’t full time & they didn’t need any full time workers, only casual. Was promised many shifts anyways. They gave me TWO SHIFTS & I haven’t heard from them since. It’s been 2 months now. Management is a joke, pay is terrible & working environment is terrible. The only good thing was a couple of the other employees were nice people but I strongly recommend you reconsider if you’re looking at a position from this place.

Autonomy. You're trusted to do your job. They have a mature approach to proceedings. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Cleaning toilets at large, crowded events 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly and warm. No issues with blue collar jobs like there are white collar. I'll never go back to an office job

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Adhoc duties and it's all dependent on where you work

What is the best part of working at the company?
You get a set area and have to be responsible for everything in your area you clean.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Getting fired and no warnings and was more kangaroo Court I was treated.

Mixed gender and engage with all nationality of people 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work hard and stress full,was full on work each day

You start at different hours, and the jobs are respectful due to the times that starts early mornings during the night. It could be a little hard but still the payment remunerates the job.

Colleges are very helpful and collaborative.
Supervisors are very clear and kind when it comes to tasks to do.
It is a place where you can lear different skills.

one of the best comapny for employee and the working environment is very nice and comfortable..i learn lots of thing from cirka..the staffs are good.supervisor behaviour is very friendly.

Very stressful company to work with not understanding if you have a problem ,if you need help they do not supply some one to help ,its all about saving money

Very stressful working conditions ,Management not very understanding , ,its all about the company staff is forgotten could not recommend this company 

My experience at Cirka was really enjoyable, I had the opportunity to witness and work at many events, great colleagues from many different countries and flexibility 

Good company. Very friend and we feel we belong to a family being there.
