World-wide company with one of the best reputations in the market.  Company has a customer centric mindset and good values/morals but those values aren't that ingrained in the culture.  They did a great job merging with Ace however things are far from seamless.  Somewhat of a progressive digital mindset but still very much a traditional operation with corporate HR policies hindering the culture leaving people a bit stiff and unable to bring their whole selves to the office. You'll find good friendly people to build positive and fun relationships once you are able to break the bubble that surrounds everyone.  Worst aspect of working here is the pressure from management to grow the business without much of a game-plan and little collaboration with other adjacent teams, not to mention their systems are in dire need of an overhaul

I enjoyed my time being employed with this Company as they are always finding ways to improve processes.  Work load varies with certain times of the year which made it interesting as everyday was different.  Our co-workers are more like a second family as we see each other not only through a typical work day but also the ups and downs of life in general.

The only thing that can be difficult is equipment and machine breakdown which can hinder work being carried out.  Overall the company looks after their staff with great pay and work conditions.

Workplace culture was great when I joined pre Covid however steadily declined over the years. There was a general unwritten consensus that overworking/underpaying was OK because we were ranked the #1 P&C insurer in the sector and therefore what we were learning and having Chubb on the resume was enough. I would have loved to see them value top talent before they were a foot out the door and coming in at the last minute to salary match/offer progression. 

Place is great but rid in with politics.  Not interested to add any more comments about the company.

I always worked 12 hr shifts at night. In the early days no breaks were given at all. We had to sit at attention at all times. We were not allowed to read even when the patients we were specialling were sleeping.Senior management were always in the security office ogling nurses on their cameras, drinking coffees reading, or watching tv.It was definitely an old boy network.

Chubb Insurance highly up skills staff and are known as one of the best underwriters in the market.

If you perform well you will be highlighted and rewarded and career advancement comes from your performance.

It has a very open culture between senior management and mid level staff so the culture is good.

It is a fun environment and very team focused

The culture of the company was negative and toxic with low employee morale. A bureacratic management with promotion based on favouritism. Management were only interested in their own pay packets rather than the wellbeing of their employees. A lack of an inclusive culture or diversity in the hiring of staff.

The culture of the company was toxic and management were only interested in getting themselves ahead and didn't value employees. Long hours with no opportunities for advancement reserved only for those who were manager favourites and full of politics. High turnover which is just the way management liked it as it kept them in their jobs.

Not that great, 50 better places to work. while dealing with horrible colleagues with an air of self entitlement. Dealing with management who didn't care about there staff, let alone complete there job. They constantly pulled a George Costanza, (pretended to be angry to look busy)

Have been here a few years now. I love how management are very flexible. Especially if you have children this is very useful. WFH options also available. Good career development opportunities if you work hard. Im yet to find a similar role paying more and so for me there is no reason to leave.
