organised a event for dior, unpacked all the stock and made it look presentable, then did till for the customers.  ensured all the items were being scanned and put nicely in bags.

There is a lack of workplace diversity everyone is Chinese speaking and management is very poor. I used to enjoy my job but I don't as much now because I feel like there is a lack of appreciation

The role itself was wonderful, however sometimes challenging due to lack of staff and very long hours. The staff that I did have at the time were great to work with and were full of energy.

Incompetence and inefficiency rule here with a lot of ‘excuses’ being made across management levels. There is little communication, no back up and misdirection by those who should be in the firing line.

my job was to ensure all customers requirements were met, always learning something new, great way to meet people, its a harder industry due to the grey market, though makes try just that little more harder.

I was supervisor & did hard work. I always make plan before one day to keep everything perfect & accurate. So, by this way, our team was perfect and they were happy with us.

taught me excellent customer service. hardest part of the job was standing 5 hours per shift. I love dior high quality products and their continuing training for staff.

Had a good time working there. More support from management would of been a bonus. More training would be of benefit,  management need to engage with their staff more listen and help solve issues .

Always has something to do, not only selling but doing some admin works. Can be a bit tiring sometimes. You get staff discount but not very generous.
