What is the best part of working at the company?
There is no best part working in child care, low salary, to much expectations  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Childcare family business, you have no chance to refer your issue to any one. Simply because they are all family members and you are no body but working material 
Related family Employers are the most stressful at the job
Also, co workers who’s liking their bottom 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Snake nest , dibi-dobers, bottom cleaners 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Couldn’t wait to get home 
Stress, false friendly environment

A typical day for me is teaching and helping children learning and develop into amazing learners .

During the day , I will get the childrens meals ready ,

*  planning the children day and setting it up all the areas that are required 

* completing obs on the children .

* Every day I am learning new things and realizing my own strengths  and needs . 


* I have always wanted to work in child care since I was a toddler and l now have the chance to be a great teacher , l enjoy knowing that I am apart of the childrens development 

*Working in a team is a number one key to make a great workplaces 

My current career goal is to secure an employment opportunity with an employer who will support my learning and development where I would be able to demonstrate my previous employment experiences in an environment where I can continue to further develop on my skills.
I believe that some of my strengths are confidence, multitasking and working under pressure.

Working in a childcare was very easy and good no problems.  days working at the childcare were not stressfull the management was great  and I was happy to work as a childcare cleaner again getting but perhaps in a different place . Overall I was very productive and enthusiastic during my job

I have learn't so much how they learn so fast and get the route in knowing what is meant to happen. Knowing the ability of communicating and always having great ideas in the work placement that is around your circle.

very well with the children.the staff talked about quitting the team a  lot which was quite discouraging. I found that the place it self-was quite clean and the hygiene was good and I was happy at the outcome

enjoyable place to be.. the kids were so enjoyable to be around... had such a good experience there and learnt so much in such short amount of time.. working with the kids would of been the most joy able part of the job.

I love being with children. helping them to grow with future plan and to make the right decision for them. I'm also a mother so i want every child need to be with right person for good reason to grow in excellent environment.

As a chef a typical day consist in cooking and preparing morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and late afternoon tea.  Plan meal, ordering and receiving food.

Creating secure and learning environment for children. Observing their learning process and assessing their progress so I can develop my next lesson plans.
