Challenger Security

I have worked for many Security companies in the past but none that compare to Challenger Security. I am so glad to have came across Challenger Security. They don't treat you like you're just a number, they know you by name, what you excel at and assist in areas you may need improvement. It is a team dynamic, i now have a great work / life balance due to Challenger working around my family commitments. I have always been paid on time and accurately. My job here is secure as they aren't subcontractors, they have permanent ongoing shifts for me so i don't have to worry about not having any work each week.  The management are easy to deal with and contactable 24/7. I would highly recommend Challenger Security to fellow security officers in search of a stable and enjoyable work environment.

They lie about pay saying its above award rate which means they make it out to be an hourly increase but really its not even the security award rate standard. Pay was late, workers all think they are supervisors. The management are hopeless and dont know how to do their jobs, Rude management, They overload you with shifts the when you get approved for days off they call you in, pretty much break your back for the company and when you need some time for yourself they threaten you with less shifts and less hours.

Lots of work available, provided me with shifts at multiple corporate and hotels. Suit and tie most sites. Plenty of hours available. Just didn't like the constant roster changes. Cancelling shifts is frowned upon. Management is very professional and helpful. But in return expect high class security Officer with impeccably growing and presentation. Coupled with great communication and customer service. To uphold high quality standards to clients.

Working for Challenger has been a highlight of my security career. The team have made me feel welcome and there are no two days the same. Hard work is rewarded and acknowledged. Each day I enjoy coming to work and being part of a growing team that has its focus on the future. Operations is a challenging role, but that's what I enjoy about it. Problem solving and achieving high standards for our clients, is a driving force at Challenger. 

I have worked for Challenger Security for over 5 years now. They have supported and trained me every step of the way and allowed me to develop my skills and grow throughout the company. I enjoy working with my managers and workmates on a daily basis and would recommend Challenger Security as a great company to start your security career at or develop further in your career.

Challenger Security is an absolute pleasure to work for. Working for different companies I felt like just a number but with Challenger I feel a part of the team. Management are always checking in, making sure you're okay and understanding. You also have the opportunity to growth within the company. Ever since being with Challenger, I actually enjoy coming to work - even on the weekends.

The days are long and it is a 24 hour business and management do not really switch off. Dependant on staff and if you are fair to them they will do anything for you. very client focused and believe that the client deserves the best and rightly so. 

Great working conditions and location is excellent

I enjoy working for Challenger Security. It is a fast-paced environment with alot going on. Everyone needs to pitch in and there is supportive culture, no day is ever the same. There are good tech systems and processes to assist in every day internal workings and supporting our clients.

Enjoy the work force as they are caring, and the comradery is great.
Management have time for you and will listen to any issues that may have raised in your work and life. Opportunity to grow and advance with the company.
