awfully ran company. management don’t stick to rules and regulations. treat staff extremely poorly, lack any sort of empathy towards any one apart from there clicky gang in the office. The only thing they do well is sitting down and  eating. They avoid reporting things to safeguarding to save there own back. over work there staff, allow rules to be broke when it suites them or to benefit them. They are totally unprofessional and get away with 2 much. They don’t even have any respect for there stuff they look down on them. i wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone.

If you call in sick you will be told by manager you need to cover your own shift or else come in. Managers do not care about the clients- which is very clear when they are required to cover a shift. CQC would have a field day here. When CQC were involved we were told we needed to send emails to the managers stating how fabulous they were. (Not asked,told) Payroll and managers clearly joke in the office about not paying people properly, if you are not paid properly you can expect to wait a week for it. 

Terrible place to work i was a team leader in management job no support from the on  line management or training for my role  a lot of bullying .on line management pass to blame to get themselves out of trouble no relationship or communication with team leaders at all the hours are long your not paid to be on call ,called at silly hours about silly things 24 /7 a lot of bullying if u report things that concern you they will stab you in the back instead of supporting you 

Worst place I've ever had to work. Change rotas without telling you or the service users and expect you to adhere to them. They don't want to know if you have a mental illness or any illness. Very uncaring company. The pay and new contracts suck, no incentive to do overtime especially if it's paid at nlw. The management will call and harass you on your days off or Al. Elearning you only get paid 1hr for it even if it takes you 2-3 hrs to complete! 

Disgraceful company ,no support most of there employees are a liability to work with, neglectful understaffed unreliable and money greedy no respect no dignity over worked underpaid treated like dirt management cover up there mistakes or blame it on the worker in the homes, never have a day off as they will call you non stop to cover shifts they can’t be bothered to do them self’s

Just have a look at their CQC report, that will tell you why you shouldn’t apply. No appreciation, overworked, training is not up to a decent standard, not enough support given by management l, do not Care about staff, care more about themselves at the office, expect staff to do 60/70 hours a week and will still call you for more

No help from management, run there staff into the ground   staff nwed to be trained adequitly  and listen to staff when an issue has been raised  .I feel management  should  take a lot into consideration before employing  some staff as lots off staff have border line issues

Headoffice don't care ,would rather pretend everything is OK,  clients not ok,  bored, ignored.
Untrained staff. 
Staff lie on daily notes, say they take clients out for walks etc when they don't 


I love the way and manner our trainings are being delivered, The trainings are very educative and helpful,i enjoyed working with confident and fair line manager,we shared same vision and helping others

No concept of personal care.  Bullying culture.  No real supervision.  Staff encouraged to use their mobile devices.  No proper structure to head office, Staff turnover very high, anyone could get a job!
