Speaking to building supervisors and retail clients and scheduling times for their garage doors to be installed and dealing with any problems that the installers came up against. 
I learned alo about garage doors and how to operate their computer system.
Management was quite good and my co-workers were excellent people to work with. (very friendly and helpful) Was like being a part of a big team.
Hardest part of the job was probably the paper work involved in replacing a damaged door.
Most enjoyable part of the job was being part of the team and seeing these people everyday.

When I gave my 2 weeks notice and worked my last day

Morale is very low management are very unappreciative towards all staff

Slave labour micro managed all day every day

The people on the factory floor are nice and easy going but the company does not pay there workers well.
The job itself is fine,I manufacture roller doors but I can do quite a few other things.
 I feel unappreciated and underpaid for all the thing that I can do within the company.

Was only just making basic wage and on work place agreement so no chance of movement on wage. Terrible place to work!
Some people been working there 18 years with no other raise beside what mandatory by government. Was driving trucks but no training given on the paperwork procedures. Would not work there again ever!

As Office Manager It was sometimes stressful, quite a few problems in the work place were confrontational and work produced was quite often poor,which led to Client and Builder problems and this later led to some staff leaving, sad

Save your sanity unless you like unfair written warnings, tunnel vision managers, only award rate increases with lots of additional work unless you are one of their favourites, one eyed H.R. whose only interest is to cover managements appalling behavior and bullies. If you don’t mind then you’ll fit right in.

The process is easy to understand and it's nothing difficult once you learn you can run the production very easily. The most good part of this job is you get heaps of time as it starting early at 6 and closes at 2 so in this way you can do your rest of the work quite easily and can spend as much time you want with your family.

typical day at work would be working in a crew with acceptable team leadership and confidence; working with a persistent and a motivated work ethic to achieve term goals making the workplace a more friendly and healthy environment.

Not a bad place to work, wages are way too low especially for the amount of work they expect you to do. Career progression is very rare, job security is not that great, they go through alot of casuals. The only thing that keeps people there are the other people that work there, great friends.

A typical day at Centurion garage doors all the lads in the warehouse were always happy the culture in was always positive there was a very good working relationship between management and the blokes on the floor in the warehouse
