I worked with Centrals and found them to be a great company. Like any company they are tightening the purse strings but I feel this is for the benefit of the company's future. 

It was an extremely high demand job but salary was commensurate with the demand. 

Generally it was 90+ Hours per week over 3 or 4 week swings.

Good morale, great team would work with again.

Get up and haul posterior. Top communication between myself and fellow employees and supervisors and management.Productive, safe, friendly environment, in witch to work.The roster of 4 on 1 off [weeks] is the hardest part of the job, The friendly banter and comradery between the work force was by far the most enjoyable part of the work.

day starts of at pre start where we get allocated our tasks,we than proceed to sign onto our paperwork and than proceed to our job front where we discuss our job,management are good and co workers are great,hardest part of the job would be shortage of gear sometimes as it was a smaller company but apart from that they were great to work for

At times a challenging role, however, overall a great group of management and work personnel to be associated with. 

With site personnel in various trades and others operating different types of equipment each day was different from the other, which to me makes a job interesting and varied.

Poor management, No  safety, pressure to perform, constantly harassment, They just don't care about the work force, over 110% turn over in staff in twelve months, appallingly, cowboy's.

Great Company to work for with Directors that are very approachable. Always have work for the workers. Supervisors are great to work with. Projects are varied and in different palces

If you ever hear of a 'man' called Ivan- run the other way... fast

centrelink or indeed workers comp would have been better

Practical professional safe workmen  concise  management hands on 
 directors that stay aware of personal . Encourage positive health an lifestyle..
Good works , excitement an challenges.

Management were great and always there to help when you needed. Always training available and great opportunities to progress within the company. Loved it.

Dust Suppression, Refuelling mobile plant, driving 6x wheel tipper. Labouring/Trade Assistant when required.
