There are many unwritten rules in the company, and the overall atmosphere feels oppressive. The management style is top-down with little room for communication or human-centered policies. There are virtually no employee benefits — throughout the entire year, aside from a Christmas party and a small red envelope containing $100–$200, there is little to no staff appreciation. Team lunches are rare, and occasional snacks like cookies appear only once every few months.

Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but lunch breaks are limited to just 30 minutes. The company has set up some entertainment facilities like pool tables, but in reality, there's no time to use them. They seem more like decoration than functional amenities.

There is no overtime pay. The employment contract states that "reasonable overtime" is expected. During busy periods, staff often work 1–2 extra hours without any compensation or acknowledgment. Management tends to treat this as something normal and expected.

Since the previous HR left, the company has not hired a replacement. If you wish to discuss a raise, you must actively chase the management, who are rarely in the office. Without persistent follow-ups, nothing will happen. In general, the company is reluctant to offer pay increases, but they have no hesitation in replacing staff. Turnover is high — some employees leave after just a few days, others stay only a month or two.

I was working as a service technician at central cleaning supplies. The job is to service all the vaccum machines by going to several sites by road and sometimes we need to service the machine in the workshop as well. They don't provide the tools for fixing the machines for their own company.  We need to buy the tools for them and work for them. The main issue I faced is when we open some vacccum machines i saw that some worms inside the machine and nasty smell because of they bring the machines directly from the cleaning sites. And there is no standard working procedure in that company. Almost all the jobs we need to do by ourself. It is not an organised company, every where is messed up. Luckly I worked there for only 1 week. With in one week we will get all the idea about the company and work culture.

Staff are expected to work 8 am to 6 pm, with only a 30 minute break for lunch.  Often overtime above above and beyond this, including some weekends, unpaid.   The new offices in Footscray are lovely and the facilities are great, however morale is poor and there's no incentive or appreciation for hard work.  Work life balance is not rated.  I would never recommend anyone works there.  Ever.

I work for a showroom branch of the company and I really enjoy the work here.

The manager is good guy, he provide advice and guidance and genuinely want to work with you productively. 

Colleagues are great and we never feel like working more like kick back with mates and sell stuff deal with customer every now and then.

I like cleaning and keeping places looking mint so this job is literally the best - also the staff discounts too.

The staff were great to work with, the culture and atmosphere is oppressive and uncomfortable.

Job interview great job offer great got the job next day of interview but job environment bad!!! Working at the stores were good but when i got transferred to officie i was excited to be promoted in few weeks from store to office but it was bad experience..
