Typical day would include;
Emailing customers with a standard proforma.
Fielding customer queries both by phone and email.
Updating spreadsheets with returned customer surveys.
Manipulating data on spreadsheets.
Produce reports based on specified criteria.

The office atmosphere is very relaxed and easy going. People are focussed and their jobs but good stories and jokes are common place. Good flexibility in work life balance to allow time to go to the gym for a workout.

The hardest part of the job is getting customer co-operation in participating in the survey.

The role provided opportunity to work as a trusted adviser to CIOs and their Teams.  There was plenty of opportunity to help with their business challenges and craft innovative solutions.  I was supported by great colleagues and together enjoyed many successes as a Team.  Over the years had the opportunity to work across many areas of government providing wonderful opportunity to understand the workings and challenges in the various industry sectors, Health, Transport, Justice, Environment, etc. to name a few.

Management lack strategy and vision. Too many organisation and staff changes that are not focus on the IT strategy  and customers need within a short period leading to many staff changes. This lead to Low moral and lack of motivation among the staff. Workplace culture lack cohesion and team work within the same department as well as inter department.

No two days are the same with new and sometimes challenging experiences to deal with. Cenitex is now ten years old and has come a long way in improving the quality of services that it provides to the Victorian government.

I worked in Cenitex for 6 months only and moved to US afterwards.
Main duties include Provide assistance to other employees resolving issues related to service desk.
Its fun environment, collagues were very helpful.

Nice people to work with, committed and friendly.  Customer centric culture.  Supportive of flexible working arrangements.  Good central location.  Complex and challenging IT support arrangements.

Great coworkers and really understanding manager, the company on its whole seems to be going down hill. Great workplace culture, the hardest part about the job has to be dealing with the clients
