As Branch Supervisor, it was my role to follow security protocol in opening and closing branch, accessing money from the safe and allocate to the staff assigned for the day, conduct strict auditing procedures in opening branch, once opened serving customers across the product range of loan applications for payday and short term loans, acting as agent in sending/receiving for Western Union money transfer, conducting loan & cheque cashing assessments ensuring risk is at a minimum, including mentoring and working alongside staff to ensure a cohesive and professional work practice, providing positive staff feedback such as customer service and loan assessments, overseeing time management of assessments & internal auditing to ensure prompt delivery of service, daily monitoring of revenue for branch to meet budget objectives, allowing time to compile weekly, monthly & quarterly reports as to the branch performance & contribution, upon closing time for branch ensuring cash reconciliation is met for branch & accountable for any inconsistencies, end of day reporting to head office and senior management and finally adherence to closing security protocol. Working closely with my staff over the years, I find that I contribute a very personable and happy work environment, and work well with personality traits of trust, honesty, reliance & respect, as opposed to dictatorial, selfish and authoritarian styles across all levels of management. 

I love that no 2 days are the same at Cash Stop !! There is so much opportunity to grow within the company, along with management supporting you all the way! 

The most enjoyable part of my role is working with some great people who also share the same passion when it comes to our customers. 

Some days can be challenging but there is always plenty of support and training to overcome the challenges. 

All in all just a great company to work for!

Trying to keep work/life balance between this company and having children is extremely difficult.
They say they will help support you but when push comes to shove you are just a number for them. They don’t care about the years of hard work you have put in, any need for flexibility doesn’t work on their end.
Very high turn over of staff within branches and it’s clear why

Cash stop is not every focused on it employees, they give you a book an tell you to read it without any explanation of what it is that you are reading for over two weeks, then they ask you to talk a test, however when going to seek help it is very difficult as management seem to never be around or in an office with the door closed with laughter coming from within.

Management are extremely supportive and understanding. As a mother of young children this is very important to me. Career progression is something they believe in and will always go above and beyond to promote internally. This is one company i recommend working for .

management is terrible have no support or appreciation of staff. management has a habit of sending people to whatever branches they feel like without the employee having a say. the pay is pathetic for what we do. would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have worked at cash stop for 6 years being a mother it is quite hard to balance family and work but this company has always supported me and my family life. I love working in the PB team and the different opportunities i have in this company.
