Its what you train for to do your job im doing social support no issues

Hi team, highly recommend this company. I’m working with them more than 3 years and can’t say anything bad about them. 

All Caring Approach employees (head management, office staff, receptionist and especially care workers) are nice people who cares about all clients and their relatives. They’ll do the best for them. They care about the care workers, paying in between clients - travel time. 
If you’d like to work for this company don’t be afraid to contact them. 


Working with Caring Approach has been an immensely rewarding and humbling experience. They really strive at taking people from all walks of life and pushing them to be their best. But more than that care is baked into their very ethos, everything we do as staff is client focused and we deal with truly unique and wonderful individuals every day.

It is interesting working with Caring Approach. Good management team. Working as a home carer or Support Worker, visiting different people in their different houses doing different jobs is very  interesting. The only problem that Im facing is that I do not drive (still apply for my Learners License) and I need extra jobs to keep the ball rolling in my financial commitments.

Excellent team care completely about clients not about there pockets 
They go out of there way to help anyone that  needs support even when they send you several kms from no where but they do pay for your kms 

They don't pay for travel's between clients. Sometimes they'd sent you clients last minute. There were not enough hours but yet they keep hiring people. Clients think they boss you around. Working as home care worker is stressful

The company is reliable to work with they're ver patients and tolerant people very patient and the understand the needs of thier staffs

I fill like I’m not using the skills I was taught at meadow bank tafe as much as I would like to.But I have improved my confidence with p/c it has been a learning experience over the last year.

All the staff is very cooperative and client base is also very strong . They do understand the personal commitment very well and roster accordingly .
