a Great Company which pay attention to the welfare of its workers, we working for 36-40 huors a week, i learn about how to use airknife, the management are friendly and helpfull, workplace culture is very good, there is equality for every employee, the hardest part in this job is doing repetitive job, the most enjoyable part of the job is when we know the job, after 3 month, the job is quiet easy

I found my work interesting though not to much of a challenge. I'm highly interested in pushing myself and found it not to much of a challenge.
I didn't have much to do with the management at Cargill as i felt like i was just a number to them.
Cargill was not to much of a challenge, I'm quite a competitive person.
Meeting new people and different areas to work in was enjoyable

Packing end of operation- bit labourous with elment of noise, dust and manual handling to tackle on daily basis. The salary based role with 6 day fortnight roster does not fairy reward you for every second Saturday spent at work. Management did tried their best to reward a 5 wk annual leave entitlement which in my view was not good enough but later on this was also taken

I worked there as a part time trainer in weekdays.I learnt to work peacefully with multi-religion workers,developed communication skills and worked so friendly with other workers and customers.I worked as a filler of the fresh foods and did customer service.

Very busy placing orders, cleanin g up messing invoicing stuff up, managing contracts. Generally lots of supply chain stuff

Set hours, supportive and helpful manager and team, friendly environment, good pay. Gained office experience. Best part of the job was gaining office experience, having a good manager.

they pay very well but the management are idiots, do not take a role with them as they have never made a profit in all the years they have been in Australia,

Loved my job,  great bosses at the time but sadly its going downhill lately, expectations from employees are higher and higher with no monetary increase in return.
