I found working for Capral Aluminum very rewording and had plenty of opportunities to advance thru to different Job / Duties within the company.
The Staff and Management where very helpful with any help and concern i had with my career with Capral Aluminium.
The hours of work where flexible, so long as you covered your full shift of work.
Overall i enjoyed working for Capral Aluminium.

Fun work place with supportive management. Not all about the numbers but how you personally grow and develop. Decent amount of red tape and politics, but this is expected of a big company. The most enjoyable part of the job was working alongside my colleagues and learning from them. The office started to get crowded as the company grew and it was more difficult to get to know the new people. There was a lot of variety in what I did each day, ranging from the monotonous tasks to new projects that were challenging and exciting

A great place to work at, great people, Managers, staff who looked after there workers. They would appreciate all the hard work that you did, which made you work harder & in the end achieve great Sales results

Many people there that have been working for many years that act like they own the place which led to many conflicts, shift schedule often changes gives you many weeks of night and afternoon, production schedules can be poorly arranged to swamp you with work out of the blue

Not a fun place. When asked about an issue that i had . I was told by my manager that I was just a number. No chance to upskill. When we were informed  redundancies were coming into effect. 50 permanent employees were already picked. No chance to move to another department.

The work ethic and the way everyone works in a team and helps each department out when work is lacking or slowed down due to new financial year or weather reasons is phenomenal. Absolutely loved the opportunity working with these guys

It’s a great place to work, lots of people and new opportunities to learn and grow in a life career.  Great hourly rate. The only shift I didn’t like was the over night.

Would love to work there again the people where easy going and let you know what can and cannot happen on site .some people just let you get in to trouble.

Great company to work for and they have rotating rosters. Must be fit to be able to handle the work. Follow safty guide lines at all times. Can work over shut down periods if you like
