The daily work was a pretty fast pace, constant work, never a moment where there wasnt something to do, there were multiple crews where i would have to deliver scaff gear or remove scaff gear on and off the site with the tele handler/load trucks and also pack gear away and occasionally help out the scaffys as a groundy. it required good communication and every one to understand what the plan was, there were times when it became very hectic but made you learn quickly.

- Working 10 hours a day, start as early as 0430 am to get ready
- Coming home as late as 1830 pm
- Getting rest start from 2100 pm - 6/7 hours nightly sometimes less
- Discipline and maintaining the safety first at all times (Zero Harm)
- To maintain the duty of care between the employee/ workers
- Learning hard on a ad-hoc basis for the job to get done
- Managing the materials are the most complex without the accuracy of the stock reports
- The best part after finish work weekly is to get the wages in my bank account

Prestarts done , got on with sorting and stacking  scaffolding.  Supply cilages to be worked from when needed.  Learnt that if you want it done do it yourself. Management could have been more helpfull. Culture within the workers was great, best crew ever. Hardest part of the job was lack of equiptment. Most enjoyable part of the job was the comradery and working in together as a crew.

The most enjoyable aspect was the friendships that are 
created when a bunch of strangers are thrown together 
for a common goal. The management was always approachable 
when problems would occur.
I learn't how to manage myself over both the 12 hour days and 
the 6 weeks I spent on a roster of 13 days on 1 day off.

Cape PLC awarded gifts to all Cape employees, some of which were of great value. Many employees were recognized and rewarded continuously, constantly, by way of reward vouchers, dinners, free alcoholic drinks They looked after their employees. Thank you Cape Plc, much appreciated.

great company to work for always willing to help if you had any problems
always paid on time and sorted out any problems with pay straight away
management would always be straight with you and tell you what you needed to improve on or didnt

enjoyable work force and management , I learned how a large company works at a large LNG site , how safety is of a high importance and how it is implemented on a large site, the hardest part of the job was trying to work in conjunction with all trades on site

Work keeps me busy on site.

Rope Access runs itself with minimal input from the other departments.

its nice working with other people even if the weather is too hot just enjoy the  work and keep busy and specially always keep your mind on the job and keep safety the top of your daily work..

Loved the job .good company to work for ,well managed,with fantastic supervisors  and some absolutely 
Amazing  leading hands with skills levels unmatched.   a pleasure to work with...made some new  friends and met some wonderful people on the job .
