Cadbury Schweppes gave me the opportunity to work with many fantastic market - leading brands in the exciting FMCGs industry.

Having been employed there for over 10 years enabled me to work in with many different channels including route, corporate and independents.

Following is a list of the various positions obtained throughout my time with Cadbury Schweppes:-

The company also provided excellent training at the 'Rogen Institute' to further develop my negotiation and sales skills.

I worked hard to achieve sales targets as set by National and State office and also won many National and State sales incentives.

I enjoyed the opportunity to sometimes work autonomously but in a team as well - it was the best of both worlds.

Thirst-Quenching and Occasional Chocolate Binge place to work at. Busy on the phone is a must like but more importantly, the ability to sell big volume in Pallett form is a must like. And yes there are no home consumers to sell to, just business owners who love the brand or a new or need to expand their current market share using the Schweppes options. Delivering drinks.

Dealing with customers on a face-to-face value.

Extremely good for a large company.

Extremely nice people, good team harmony.

Trying to park a 13m truck in and around parts of Sydney where parking is extremely poor.

Being able to go to the beach during lunch breaks, free lunchs from customers.

i was extremely happy during my time Cadbury but took the opportunity of a redundancy package.

A typical day at work included machine operation and the training of new employees on all machinery and mobile equipment.

While i enjoyed my daily role, the hardest part was working night shift.
I had developed a great rapport with management and staff over the years.

Branch accountant at manufacturing site. Excellent opportunities to learn about manufacturing process and operation of a large international business.  Left when that division was relocated.

management could have assisted with ones needs

There were fun times working with my team and team leaders. The work is not hard. Management are fair and approachable. I would definitely recommend working for this company.

Tempting place to work at, manufacturing chocolates. I worked as a Packer/Picker and the place, the environment, is very good, with good people and had a ball of a time working for this company at Ringwood
