A typical day at work would be signing and getting yourself 2 pairs of hand towels and a spray bottle, then find out which aircraft to go to, once getting on the aircraft you would then ask your leading hand what to do and they will tell you were to go however if your assigned to do toilets or business you don't need to ask you would straight away start without asking your leading and so on for every other aircraft. I've learnt to work with different type of people which was very fun and good on my behalf. Hardest part of the job would be being as fast as you can and sweating really badly and then going outside to cold and rainy weather and also walking from aircraft to aircraft in horrible weather. Most enjoyable part of my job was working very hard but also having fun with your team and I really enjoyed that.

Team work and support each other in goals that needs to be done

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Wheresome workers aren’t team players. Toilet person wont help in gallery or filling etc…

Multicultural . We have islanders, indians, South American, kiwi. Australian etc

Awlays start my daywith domestic n than international. Everyone is rotating to do different jobson plane n fair enough . Two leading hands make it easy throughout the day

Management poorly trained, would constantly rave on about doing the work safely but then expect 2 people to do a B737 or E190 turnaround and when it delays your questioned why. Understaffed and underpayed, leading hands payed $0.70 cents more than an ordinary ramp agent, some employees required to do 18hr shifts, management pit employees against each when an employee confides to them they automatically run out and tell the other person whilst putting a spin in it. I would never suggest to anyone to work there because they always put profit before safety and employees.

It's worth the money and the long hours if you're willing to do the hard work. But some people are old and good workers are drained from working too hard, picking up after workers that have fallen into bad habits. Organisation could improve, a new management team would help. Management do belittle staff and make them feel dumb. But at least you get to make big dollars and they make you work out hard like at the gym! Stick to yourself! And avoid the gossip! you'll be fine with your paycheck and vanishing weight.

It's intense face paced work with little breaks in-between. Most the time you will feel dead just after a few hours from the long intense labor. 

This job can trigger all kinds of life problems too such as depression and fatigue from lack of breaks.

They have trouble keeping staff because they can't keep staff happy with their business model and work staff like slaves.

The friends you make. Good pay

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management calling you when you’re a casual and do t want to pick up shifts. They make you work on hot aircraft’s with no air-conditioning

Diverse culture and environment is quite toxic

Time limit on aircraft, sometimes don’t go on break until 5 hours of working

no body want to work here. very bad management. some lazy leading hand go around doing nothing, keep yelling people "hurry up". always less people than requirement to finish aircraft on time. coordinator call on 2 way ask leading hand have to push worker to work faster. some coordinator bad rare good. sometimes 6 hours work straight no break. almost report no one listen. usually have to walk around the airport because no van or broken or leading hand dont have license. they dont care about staff or aircraft

Could be a fun team environment to work except for management,  favourites and socialising outside of work with the same people.
Bullying going on and nothing ever resolved about it.
Many people got away with nit working or doing their share while the same ones did everything. 
Completely bad management from all levels. 

Exhausting. Expect 12 hour shifts, nobody ever knows what time you’ll finish and get one 30 min break in that time. Intensely fast paced the entire shift and no room for error even when you’re new and they’ve given virtually no training, you just get thrown into it. Lots of pressure, overall toxic working environment and no work/life balance. 

i started my job as a cleaner not even having experience working my way up to become a leading hand then i also started driving there
then became a coordinator but its just so politics with workers and there is to many people from one race there and it can become very racial i love my job as there is some nice people but is so draining cause we are all not treated fairly
