Upper management expects you to deliver Nordstrom level customer service on Kmart pay.  Many managers work 70 to 90 hours a week.  I even know of a store manager who had a heart attack while on her job and she wasn't even forty yet.  
There is never enough hours to do all that you are expected to accomplish in the store.  There are twice yearly cosmetic resets and inventories yearly.  If they are scheduled at the same time you are not given any more payroll to accomplish this work.
There is a new software being used to help us make schedules in the store.  This software indicates how much demand we have and defaults to the hours we should schedule to.  We are not even allowed to reach that number.
CVS health benefits have recently changed due to the expectations of ObamaCare.  It is laughable now.  Some employees really cannot afford to work at CVS now that their benefits cost so much more.  I am aware of a couple who intend to divorce on paper in order to be able get health care.

I have been with CVS as a Store Manager for many years.  I would consider myself very successful within my district/region.  My store has had many years of sales increases over the previous year, It is one of the busiest stores in my area.  I now have 50 LESS hours on average per week than I did in 2015 for significantly more sales volume. Every year we all joke that it couldn't get any worse, well the joke is always on us. The standards are the same however.  The company does a poor job recruiting help so we are always short staffed on top of that.  Unfortunately I regret the decision I made to come aboard as a Store Manager every day.  No matter how much you try to hold your head up and stay positive, you feel like you are beaten down daily with a stick.  Retail Management is tough everywhere, it is impossibly tough here.

My job was helping clients to go about there day to day duties for example showering, meal preps, and banking. I have developed and applied skills in oral and written communication for reports for clients doctors and for my employer. I can always reply on my co-workers for heavy duties as we all worked part of a team. My hardest part was a client passing, the most enjoyable part was that every day was different.

CVS took a Premium, Industry Leader in Longs Drugs and reduced it it below average.  CVS had a frustrating amount of overstocks, lost scheduling control in many locations to Unions, alienated customers, and created an environment that was difficult/impossible to be EXCELLENT at your profession.  Most managers went on to EXCELL at other companies.

CVS usually looks to hire only Part Time so they don't have to divvy out the Full Time benefits. When it's a busy early flu season (depending on location) can average about 15-20 a week. But expect 3-6 hours real quick even if there's low staff as CVS does not like keeping on full rosters. Your crew is really going to be the best selling point if you have each other's backs. 

Looking for a new experience and a safe place to work with different people is the right place to apply for at CVS Your supervisor may ask to perform different tasks It’s better to be open minded Working with people requires understand, being patient, kind, helpful, selfless 

Over stressed over worked under paid under appreciated. Used then disposable when you've got a lt of time in they will find or make up a reason to fire you to avoid pension  payments 

While nervous, I am very pleased to be working back with the Cvs family. It has been a long time coming, but this truthfully is a wonderful job to experience. I am also lucky enough to work around wonderful people that I call coworkers. Blessings!

Helping the disabled for they personal care
Cleaning house for the client. 
Personal care for the client.
Taking the client shopping 
Rest bite care

I did enjoy working for the above company mainly due to the satisfaction one got from helping others.  Did  not like the management they were not very helpful.  Sorry no more to say.
