What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Travel times frames( they calculate the travel time unrealistic but they are always open to change them as you tell them)

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Italian company. You need to sprak 2 languages to work in this company( prefered italian or spanish) thet are very respectful and open to other cultures . Very good working environment

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I have a roster on the company's phone with my clients( depends how nany hours you want to work the amount of clients you have) i have their address and what type of work they need ( domestic assistance or personal care or shopping or trasport) i drive to my clients houses and perform my duties.

After working for this company for a long time I was forced to look elsewhere for work. We recently acquired an unskilled, unsupportive, arrogant, appallingly inept management who insists on squeezing staff and saving on everyone's wages with purely sadistic pleasure whilst creating highly-paid positions for their friends and relatives. If you are looking for opportunities within this company, expect to be underpaid, overworked and micromanaged.

Stuck in old technology and outdated systems creating more work in ‘clicky’ office environment. Everyone is known to eachother through family and friend culture connections, it is easy to not fit in. Program used is extremely outdated, mixed with understaff is incredibly tedious and slow despite best efforts it is impossible to keep up. High turn around in this department unless family or friends, flogged with demands to keep up and stay behind unpaid to achieve more and more to only have to start all over again the next day 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The free coffee and biscuits provided and the location close to the city and easy to find a car park.

The staff, lack of support. Poor work and social culture

Stressful, unsupported. Poor culture, change rules as they go.

Worked offsite. Completing tasks as required by the leader

Worked for quite a few years for this company, in different roles. Would have loved to help my community more, but management was obsolete, not supportive at all, stuck in the past and unable to look at the future. Lots of gossip in the office, people talking behind your back constantly, often in a nasty way, no supportive team. Great salary, great location, but awful place to work. 

driving around sydney to provide my serves to elderly people with disabilities, dimention and other reasons personal care, cleaning, shopping, doctors appointments ect.
the difficult part was travelling and dealing with dimention clients but it was enjoyable to see smiles on my clients faces when my job was done.

Long hours work not paid. More like 60 hours of work . After hours work is tiring and affect families life. Providw more work life balance . Management must interact with employees more often. Provide better amenities and office spaces.

I worked for coasit and found no communication, no caring and didnt care about their staff one bit, they spoke their own language in front of people that didnt know it and i found it very very rude, in the end i was not re-hired as i was not part of their culture which is very bad

Lovely Colleagues but a lot of chitchatting, too much, like a small family company. Crossing lines between professional and semi friends. Gossiping is negative for the work culture! Management is unprofessional and unpredictable. 

To start early in the morning working for CoAsIt organisation is fun and fill the day with all the experiences getting just helping people in our community, listening to their wonderful life experiences, the clients at work and the things that keeping them going even at theirs age of full of happiness.
