What is the best part of working at the company?
I find that I’m really good at my job and I’m always busy

Meeting deadlines or trying to find everything to fill the job/order

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Could be improved as high turnover of staff

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start around 6.30-7am and usually on the go all day. Usually only stop for lunch. Finish around 4.30pm

I was proud to be a member of this company.
Most customers were good to deal with and they appreciated my customer service. 
We used an in-house computer system wasn't user friendly but I managed to find my way around it and that was an acheivement in itself.
I was promoted to Operations Manager of the Kunda Park branch after 2 years of service and also travelled to the Rockhampton branch to run that branch while running the Kunda Park branch.

I could live with minimum wage if the environment and people were decent. However they are not, the place is filled with morons who would sooner screw you over than get along harmoniously. If you are a reasonable person who is looking to advance their career then keep walking, if you are a moron who's whole life revolves around crazy office politics then apply for a position with Clark Equipment, you will fit in.

Antiquated computer systems, terrible EPC system for 40 plus manufacturers,. The worst management I have come across in 35 years in the industry. The epitome of an old boys club lacking in ethics and understanding.

The office staff are  different species they all stick together and are very arrogant and toffy nosed upstarts they think they are above and better than the workers itsall about politics in this place it's a very toxic place to work in 

All way working big days and weekend. Work with some real good people. The boss are trying hard but there hands are tied. 
Just spend to much at work. Could work away and be home more.

I done a apprenticeship with Clark Equipment, I was there for four years and also attended CIT. I got my qualification at the end of 2016 but told i was not able to continue working there as there were no jobs going at that time

Wide range of machinery, never stop learning, the only down fall is there is no back bone in the company, Co-workers are good, always willing to give you a hand, and spread the knowledge.

on the road rep, selling and hiring forklift machinery on a contract basis. i enjoyed our christmas parties, i enjoyed the team environment, and the base and commission was not too badly.

Majority of the staff were pleasant to deal with, however the management were more interested in cultivating a culture of discourse and inflexibility.
