Reminds me of the old VB ads… ‘You can get it working a plough…’ etc 

What I mean is that you can Be a good salesperson, you can Hit your targets, you can have customers Love you… and… and… politics will still get in the way. Abhorrent management practices. Seems to always be the way. How do you run a business when you aren’t valuing the things that matter to functionality of customer benefit? Or client benefit? Who tells their workers (I’d imagine not all of course) how wonderful they are, and how they are top of the tree for their staff, and then, magically without error or problem, vanish from existence? 
Then, there’s professional contact… One would think, phones would be answered.. or calls would be returned, especially if it was from staff who performed well. Even so, it is professional either way. It’s standard practice, not a favour. Yes, extremely annoyed currently, however, this seems to be a constant, not only at this time. Emails also not replied to in many cases, even on small queries. 
Not just this company, granted, but it would benefit not just the profitability but the psychological functionality of an enterprise (hence more profits) to really pick up their act. 

During my exploration of potential career opportunities, I joined CDS without having extensive prior knowledge of the organization. From the outset, the interview process was exceptionally smooth and engaging, allowing me to meet the team in person and gain firsthand insight into how the work is carried out on a daily basis.

Working at CDS is an energetic and rewarding experience. It offers exposure to diverse cultures while fostering a strong sense of belonging, creating an environment that truly feels like a family. There are continuous learning opportunities, particularly through connecting with customers, engaging in meaningful conversations, and building genuine relationships.

being a demonstrator is a lot of work.
challenges are the members who we have to sell and up sell our product were given on the day to demonstrate. some products are easy and some are hard. reaching the target of product sold (kpi) is a challenge when it is not a product that Australians have seen on self's before. that's what i enjoy doing the most. i like having a challenge on my shift and 7 out of 10 i succeed in my KPI .
setting up arts in the morning to cleaning them and the area i was in at the end of day . and resting cart up for the next day at office is a vital work to maintain carts and pest control.

A typical day work at CDS is very stressful and challenging, but at the same time full of fun and interesting customers. Within the short period I have been working at CDS, I have learnt a great deal about how consumer behavior towards real product price and sales price.

Learn about each product we demonstrate
Keeping the area clean
The people I work with are fantastic just not enough hours
The hardest part of the job would be an upset member and how to deal with this
Most rewarding part is when you get told you are the friendliest person working here
Management are fantastic no issues

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
too many procedures, higher management micro managing, rude customers, customers/members are very disrespectful, no job security, not enough hours, no on-site security officers.

Management is soo bad and unprofessional that it made it hard to even go to work if you ever get a shift.  Lots of politics and no incentive for good staff who are performing.  Don't know how they are still in business with a manager like that. Better work for Costco instead of these losers

This has been the best job I have had the opportunity to work for. Our team at Docklands is the best, we all work together and just like a family.
Management is great, understanding and takes care of the workers.
I have learned more patience with rude customers, Managing a team on Roadshows.
Will be sad to leave CDS.

I manage issues on a daily basis and learnt to be patient and chose the right words to speak. Management has strict guidelines but we were able to deliver daily.

Hardest part was when local community stop the job and demand for unnecessary payments. 

Getting the work done and get things moving was a real satisfaction.

Happy environment, professional approach, culture and religion equality observed but being a casual no regularity roster having maximum of two shifts a week not helpful in finance.  But dealing with members is the most enjoyable part of the job.
