I worked at this company for a period of time, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The management team severely lacks experience and provides little to no support to their employees. Workload distribution was extremely poor, often leaving some team members overwhelmed while others, including the team leader, appeared to have very little to do on a daily basis.

The company operates under the mentality that "the customer is always right," no matter how unreasonable the situation may be. As a result, employees are constantly under immense pressure, not just from the company itself but also from dealing with difficult customers. Many employees were pushed to the point of needing to apply for work cover and seek psychological help.

Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering a job here to think twice. This company does not value or protect its employees, and working here could seriously affect your mental health.

I've been working CASS for over 3 years. I am proud  all staff at CASS  do their best for residents and cooperate with each other and maintain friendly relationship. CASS progress variety activities program for residents and provide education or training opportunities  for staffs. So I have learnevered a lot and found out rewarding  and achieved work life balance. I recommend good environment  here for many people and trust that CASS will continue to  prosper.

Cass care is a great place to learn, build experiences, it is a good place to start your first career. Colleagues are supportive, client are very demanding, poor management especially with employees wellbeing

I enjoy the friendly atmosphere to work, where everyone is approachable and welcoming. I appreciate the strong sense of teamwork where we support each other to achieve our goals. The company values work life balance, allowing me to manage my responsibilities both work and at home. Our leaders set a positive example, fostering a culture of trust, empowerment, and positivity. 

My boss and colleagues are supportive and friendly. They are always nice if I have any questions and support me when I first came here. The workplace is an Asian-based culture so you will see people talk in different languages. Some units are not well structured and organized and the policies are developing. But CASS in general is a good place to work and learn. 

A typical day at work is exciting.  Though some challenges happens occasionally, I often receive support from my manager and other colleague across the department.   

 I have been with cass care for over 17 years and am lucky to be working with good manager and happy colleagues. I have found the company and team leader to be very supportive.
I am acknowledged for my work, I have fun. Would highly recommend working with Cass  Care.

Working in CASS, a NGO, to support the community, I feel fulfilled by doing my job to support vulnerbale group in the society. There are also supportive environment from the management for your to fit in the organisatin quickly.

Supportive colleagues who provided a lot of support with onboarding. Salary is fair and has salary packaging which is really great for tax benefit. It does place a lot of emphasis on volunteering and if you work overtime you can day accumulated days off.
