Pros:
+ They paid $100 a week to provide a couple of pieces of fruit and milk for 60+ staff at HQ.
+ CBD location, very close to Flagstaff station
+ About 20% of the staff at HQ receive a car park as a perk. 

Cons:
+ Management treat the work place as if it is a lemon factory. They will rope in new starters and grind every ounce of juice, until playfully discarding them for fresh supply. It was a common sight to see Management speak down to employees till they broke into tears, only to resign the following the day.

+ The few staff with long tenures (4+ years) admit they do not know better, and with this being their first role, expect that “horrible management” is a part of life. 

+ There is nepotism from the Manager Director amongst his family members

+ Management have gloated (in confidence to me) their tricks and tactics to forcefully manage out staff members.

I am incredibly proud of our team who have tackled some fairly trying challenges with strength and a positive outlook. Looking out across the harbour town I reflect on the last fortnight and am pleased to say that the hours of event and operational planning and coordination, the strengthening of our relationships and many others, and the detailed risk management has resulted in outstanding results for all involved. Whilst the numbers may not reflect an improvement on the previous year, there is an underlying improvement in the way we run our business that we all should be proud of.

While working with Care Park I have learnt a lot about this business. Staff working there are very easy going and helpful. You will find staff support on every step and they all are very passionate about their role. 
The hardest part of the job is when there is any technical issue, all of our pay stations and boom gates operates through Telstra and when few months back there was a little break down in the services, it left all of us running everywhere. But, as it is part of our job we all deal with it patiently. 
The most enjoyable part is when in evening all the office staff including patrol officers get together.

As Careparks first Cleaner from early 2016 to mid 2018. I looked forward to every shift as a Commercial Cleaner in the City, every night was a surprise and found alot of interesting people plus objects along the way. I worked unsupervised and independently, so I was under no pressure to complete tasks as I knew what to do and where I had to go. The management and security that was involved looked after me. Great working experience overall. 

I was a fill in and there was a miscommunication between management and staff on leave.  My tenure was cut short. 

The carpark was divided between two companies.  Honeywell and another company.  Strict policy on where each company can park and I should make sure double parking is done only on designated places.  I have to park double parked cars in vacated bays and return keys to proper owner.  I accompany car owner to parked car.

Management have no idea, love to bully workers around. No pay rise, no recognition for loayalty. They spy on you with gps just because they can. One manager had even said I hate the laws in Australia they give the workers too many rights. He was from Hungary. And the owner of the company is from there. From cleaning car parks they made him operations manager.

Do not apply for a job with this company. No matter how hard you work it will not be appreciated. They also have a clock / out system in place and if you have issues clocking in they do not care and they dock your salary!
Very untrustworthy company. Staff are wonderful but they do not last long. They have a revolving door!
Do not do it, apply for another job at another company.

Friendly and reliable teamwork within and good management overall.  Supervisors are approachable and supportive and knowledgeable on all levels.
Good location in the city with free parking and close to food outlets and to Rundle Mall.
A national company that works together to provide an important service to the community.


Care park is very professional in the way they treat customers. Manager was very good and girls in office were excellent .Hrs were very good and flexible. They treated me very well. When I got made redundant I was preoccupied cause I liked my job there. It was very challenging sometimes but at end of day you felt good

Do not apply! NO matter how much you want the job do not do it. There are better companies to work for and that treat their staff with care and respect. The staff were great but management were dreadful. Life got better for me once I left and happily my career has progressed. DO NOT APPLY!
