I worked for byrnecut for six and a half years first on a site in WA for two years then transferred to a SA site for another four and a half. I thought byrnecut itself was a great company to work for. the only real problem I have is the continual change of management who tend to move their favorite workers along with them leaving long serving and deserving staff in their wake.

People are very nice and supportive

Working at nights in Telfer site

Good supervisor and management

Busy on night shift and working by yourself

Good company to work for. Strong focus on safety

Easy to climb the ladder if your willing to work hard
Christmas presents are pretty sad but the social club and kids club are fantastic
Good discounts with their super fund
Good gear and well maintained

Byrncut is a great company to work for they do look after there staff I wouldn’t work for anyone else it is like one big family I been off work for 14 mths due to an injury and they still have my job to return to so I can’t say anything bad about Byrncut Australia 

Good on training and heavy on safety 
It’s sad that truckers ain’t offered 2/2 or would have stayed  can only be a loader or in magazines for 2/2 sad 
Management not the easiest to talk to could do a work over with management but I guess the dollers their on could care less 

Great team, supervisors very understanding and management.Left for personal reasons.Given a chance would take up a job with this company in future.Liked shift work and culture within the company of sharing information in the workshop (team spirit).

...until you upset the establishment, then you are out of the Circle of Trust. 
Otherwise I had the benefit of good supervisors within our Electrical Department, who supported me and my colleagues if any issues arose.
