I can really say that it was a love-hate relationship. Well, honestly I couldn't balance anymore my life and work stuffs, as I'm always exhausted going home after work hours, thus leaving me with no choice but to sacrifice social life. However, I couldn't deny the fact that the account I'm in knows how make you feel loved and special. The management really cares for thy employee and my team's vibe is what motivates me the most. No matter how stressful the job is, when you are surrounded by people who could really help you to grow in the environment you're in is such a great feeling. One hardest part maybe of my job is trying to wake up late at night so that you'll be able to come in to work on time (knowing that your schedule is graveyard and you really have to adjust real big)

In comparison to its BPO competitors here in Zambales, working at Buwelo isn't that bad. They compensate for the low basic rate by offering bonuses and performance incentives. For you to be paid more than your basic, you have to meet your KPIs and show rate passing. It is possible for an agent who is performing well to get 18k - 22k a month, based on my observations.

For the hours of work its manageable and i have learned a lot from my account on handling customers in  different ways. The management is responsible in their employees. I think there is no hard time in any job if you love your job. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you are working with your co-workers that also love there jobs. But there is one thing maybe I can say maybe the company could provide a sleeping quarters for the employees to sleep a little during our breaks. Overall Buelo for me is a very good company

To me working here in buwelo is really an honor because they have a great management and a good workplace. Wherein you can be more and learn more. Basically you just answer phone call and provide resolution to a customer. But the hardest part of the job is where you really have to have a plenty bullet of patience in your pocket dealing with irate customer. You really have to jump form one emotion to another emotion which for me a bit draining. But then again, it's the nature of my Job. And I'm pretty sure I'll get used to it.

So nfun working with buwelo since there is also unity ajnhd good environment and mangement.
The things we learned evruday is to be productive and to be more open on new learnings and knowledge.
The workplace is aboslutely good as the people we work with.
The hardest part of the job is to deal with different types of person everyday, but the enjoyable part of tyhe job is it enhances our patients and underswtanding when dealing with them.

I find our work place as my second home. I never get tired of going to office everyday that takes 1 hour of riding a public transportation. The culture and the unity that we have on our team/account makes me stay. I found Family on this work not just a workmates. I enjoy my job and I notice an improvement to myself as individual/worker when I work here. I become more productive.

Productivity and has pool table fun workplace. Every luch my friend and I always play pool and its very fun but I suggest to have another Que (tako). or PS4. In working station there is very fun workplace challenging accounts and there is a good management. I even improve my english communication skills.

Learn a lot and became a good leader here at Buwelo! Those opportunities that was given by the management helped me to become a better version of myself. Ofc we know that theres not just always a good experience specially on the management or how employees are treated, Im fully aware of that. But in my case,im all good! Buwelo is a big part of my journey

Honestly, I don't feel that I am working when I am at work because I know for sure that I'm enjoying what I do, who's working with me, and where I am. 

Working at Buwelo makes you feel that you're at your second home. 

The most fun part working here at Buwelo is the insentives.

Working in Buwelo is easy. I have learned to communicate well. Also, the management is cooperative and caring. The most enjoyable part of the job is when my co-workers and I are sharing their life story and how's their day.
