Advice to Management

Seen as very transitional. To avoid good people leaving early, or using it as a stepping stone, concentrate on implementing solid business processes asap.

Place is run poorly and people are treated Poorly too. There is a culture of favouritism. Hard workers are not rewarded. The overtime is not shared equally and leadership can not be trusted. It is unfortunate because alot of the staff are great guys. They are just treated poorly. They need the job so they deal with it but there is plenty of frustration there thats for sure.

BusTech was a great place to work that has friendly coworkers. My time at BusTech was short due to relocation, if I was ever on the Gold Coast again I would not hesitate to call them and see if there are any available opportunities.

Casuals are treated differently than full time staff despite the " everyone is treated equally"  speech from management ,most  staff are friendly and easy to get along with

a good place to work.  the working hours are flexible.  great staff.  the way the production works is great.  you get to see the final product go out the door.

A trades assistant is expected to be the Tradie with no assistance. Safety is of no concern at bus tech just do it regardless of the consequences. Very poor supervision and management 

They don't have respect for other naturalist people, and I have been there and I have been insult from team leader at afternoon shifts and I could not handle the situation and leave the company 

Decent job, recommend for those who don’t know what they want to do. I fell into factory works and it now has grew on me, it’s not a bad job but could be better.

Work was okay, safety was main issue sometimes. Tools provided, management was poor as they are just rebranding, good team work mates, good working hour.

Work is fine if you're a man. Despite best efforts to express enthusiasm to work and grow with the company, they were sexist and unwilling to assist with workers real needs.
