- Days work mirrors mainly from the level of support or the lack of it from team leader, CNC, Line Manager and their Work Culture, which was not always good.
- Expand knowledge from very talented and knowledgeable Clinical Educators.
- Highly Toxic and Culturally Intolerant Management Culture. 
- Job get difficult when Management engages in direct or indirect favoritism & also engages in passive and active occupational violence, not limited to those who are culturally different, by often denying work life balance and avenues for career advancement, and often promoting favorites.
- Enjoyable part of the work is the ability to interact, help and care for genuine clients.

Completing work experience at the Bundaberg Base Hospital was fun and exciting as we were shown how different areas operate around a hospital and we were able to participate in certain areas which was very interesting.

the staff are really good to work with

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
finding accommodation for short term contracts

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
it has a healthy culture and the work environment is pleasant

Bundaberg Base Hospital is one of best hospital to work. Although busy, the staff supportive. The staff of Medical Department is doing a great job including the Medical Director and other specialists. Overall this is an excellent hospital with great memories.

Opened my eyes to what happens behind the scenes at a hospital. Got on well with most co workers . Getting to help people and knowing you were keeping the place clean.Hardest part of job was cleaning toilets.

I took it as a job and did whatever was required of me.
I enjoyed the emergency, theatre and mobiles.
I enjoyed communicating with the patients and the referring doctors and other personnel.
I thoroughly enjoyed my job.

Too much to write. Management stick together when targeting someone to get someone out. I now managing director of a facility and will not tolerate intimidation behaviour from any member of staff.

I was employed at the hospital for nearly 13years and I loved working in the hospital atmosphere.  The staff and nurses/doctors were mostly approachable. The opportunity to learn more programmes and education is offered.

They are not supportive of staff, I was severely bullied for 10 years in this hospital and it was continually swept under the carpet. Very disappointed that staff are disregarded in this way.

this was a very good job working with children on the ward and assisting people who needed care.
