Unorganized managers production poor discontent in there workforce 
learnt how not to run a maintenance service 
management only interested in making them selfs look good disorganized
Very disjoined work culture people arrive 5 minuites before and finish dead on finish time 
the hardest part of the job was sorting out the disorganization on the electronic service 
The most enjoyable part of the job is when i walked out of there for the last time no wonder 4 blokes before me left and more since i have also left
no activities after work day

Typical day at work was busy as usual, non stop but good. Learned heaps of stuff in the hospitality work place. Management was terrible, Spoken to very rudely, wasn't treated with respect half the time. Co-workers were really lovely and great to work with, always willing to help out with anything. Hardest part would of only been when there weren't enough people working at times, although the most enjoyable part would be working with everyone and meeting so many people.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Never had a problem getting tools or things fixed.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When contract runs out and have to leave.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Was always pretty good, oveisly not there now.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy , every day bit different.

Management had no clue what the worker's need , they had no time for mechine tooling and had no control over worker's that did not care about there work , if you care about your roll/job don't bother with this company , l have contact with employees that are still amazed that it takes around 2 weeks to get a toolbox from management.

great company and work benefits , excellent team, friendly people. worked and collaborated in a team and hit kpi targets and maintained a friendly fun working environment, close to transport and dining, excellent staff rooms and excellent offices to work in very clean and tidy.

Felt comfortable working in an environment where you had support when required. Would recommend to work for. Safety is a high priority and meetings and training where held often.

Good to work with people I worked with years ago from previous projects and travelling around the cooper basin and seeing different parts of the country.

I worked as a cleaning In-charge at night,
It was not they promised me while at interview. Later I found the work rather stressful as compared to what you give.
Less pay even working at night. 



People are working hard to achieve company's goal. The top management are friendly. Good working environment with convenient workplaces in more than one suburb.

15 minutes to work which is great ,friendly people to work with doing maintenance on the refinery.Very skilled tradespeople and really good safety culture
