What is the best part of working at the company?
No matter how hard you work or how good you are at your job you'll always just be a number waiting to be pecked off. A HR team with their own rules and lies that will not back you no matter how much evidence you have. Very disappointing managment system.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No support- they will ask you to progress and move up but this comes with no benefits to yourself.

Very much like a school yard environment

Working at Borg is repetitive, and sometimes boring. However if you're after steady work for a company that's never going to fold, then this is the place for you. The pay is average, but keep turning up, do the right thing, and you'll have a job for life. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
If you're just a worker, you'll have no stress. Different story if you're a manager.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I guess like all factory work, I sign on, do my thing, and go home.

Stab in the back by workers thrown under the bus by management when they get it wrong

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Can be alright if and when left alone to do the job but mostly the time the job is stuffed around by stuff ups

A typical days work is stressful with machine failure and breakdowns.
You are required to learn about the robotic equipment in the area that you are working in, in a short amount of time regardless of your past experience.
The co-workers try to be upbeat and friendly, but mostly the attitude is indicative from pressure put on them by the management staff.

rotated staff to fill vacancies, answered phones for customer service problems, ensured all machine breakdowns were attended too, oversaw annual leave for employees, responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the facility

No loyalty for workers who have put in hard work and no respect towards long serving employees, unsafe (consistently safety breaches and incidents) unpleasant work condition, inconsistent rules toward safety standards and what is expected from some workers, poor conditions and would not recommend.

Multi million dollar company alot of talk about safety. They reward you for staying and doing a good job. Alot of people there for fulltime employment on the central coast. Alot of work is done by machinery and there is a lot of downtime because of them.

The day to day tasks consist of a variety of things, as Borg manufacture their product from start to finish. Management are very approachable and fare.  Staff are helpful in training and friendly.

Don't have issues at home or you will be fired via TXT 
Hour rate was very low according to the award 
It seems they pay peanuts to the workers so the boss, family can get a massive pay packet. Ask the supervisor anything and he folds
Not a good place to work.


Repetitive work if on a line... work is easy enough tho... lots of different areas to work in .. good work life balance.
Management are very approachable. Colleagues are willing to help always.
Local with free secure parking on site. Uniform supplied..
