i loved the clients a job is very rewading i didnt like the mangement was there for only few days to get mis leaded when i told them what i can n cant do in interview as i have children n how many hours i could do to get lied to n told reason why everyone else got rota and not me was coz of new cilents when infact i just got giving the job that bo one else wantrd to do the days i told i couldnt do and to get all the paprr work i needed for a early morning tart emailed over to me midnight 6 hours before my shift also put in deep end far to early on my own without the support behind me poor mangement

Having worked for Bluebird Care for just over 4 years i find it a pleasure working with all my customers as well as the care team and management team. Everyone is so supportive, kind and caring. There are always new learning opportunities available which is great for personal development. I have really enjoyed my time with Bluebird and i hope there will be many more years to come!

Honestly the worst company I have worked for! The management is rude and just out to make money. No care or respect for the customers or staff when the staff are the only positive! 

Rotas changef last minute and the cost of petrol is ridiculous as you have to drive all over the place and end up spending money for working. Not up to CQC standards either!

I have worked for bluebird for 10 years its family run business  office staff are friendly and helpful ,all the girls that work for blue bird are the best you will find committed to taking care of the customer at home any time day and night if you want to work in private care company choose bluebird first  , 

Brilliant company  to work for, staff are all welcoming and lovely. Lots of opportunities and support is available if needed. I myself have worked here for just under two years, and I still would be if I wasn’t leaving for maternity leave.

There is always extra hours to work and earn some extra . guaranteed wanted hours. very friendly atmosphere . also very professional. 

Availability part time for them mean from 10 to 17 hours per day! After sick pay (unpaid days) they want you to fill the form "back to work", but NOBODY CARES ABOUT IT!

There is alot of freedom as you could spend alot of time waiting for your next call. sometimes they gave me a call right after i had finished one, with only 5/10 mins to get to the next client

Going from home to home to provide care was hard as sometimes i only head least 15minutes to get to the other clients. Honestly, i built great ruppor with all clients.

Lovely company to work for who care for there staff office staff are brillant if you have any problems just let them know. very flexible hours. lovely team
