I am currently working and studying at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School as a Food and Beverage Attendance. I have learned to work in team in a multi-culural environment and also communicate effectively in team. I am a person who is willing to learn new things and graving to find more experiences in hospitality Industry. I have a lot of passion to work, especially providing costumers the unforgettable experiences.

I used to work in a professional environment. I learned a lot of new skills relating to F &B attendant such as three- plate carrying, serving guest with 5 stars standard, serving wine and know the basic  coffee making. I worked in a variety culture environment so I think I can adapt with the new environment really well. I likely enjoyed having communication with the customers, I feel happy when I can bring the best serving to theo customers.

A typical day would start with 1-2 hours of theory work to ensure we have enough knowledge to carry out our day to day practices. 

Service will then kick off as normal, with fine dining, barista and kitchen hand training going for 6 hours weekly. 

This gave me good exposure to the benefits and the costs of the hospitality industry, and showed me what hard work really is.

the workplace in multilingual due to a multicultural environment. a person who joins this institute learns how to grow as a hospitable individual who is respected in each segment of his/her life. the most enjoyable part of the job is that it keeps you busy and helps you adapt to different situations creating interpersonal skills in that individual.

a typical day at work: set up tables, serve the guests and clean up after shift
what you learned: how to set up a fine dining table; make coffee, some basic cocktails; use micros; etc

Study and Intern in Australia, Living abroad and live in blue mountains for half year to learn about front office practical and housekeeping. Also do intern in Port Douglas Australia in Housekeeping Department.

Well structured business and prepared to support the employees and students. Work life balance. Demand on time was extraordinary as there were several reporting location in Switzerland and USA.

Have learnt to effectively communicate with different people and handle their complains. The work environment is fast-paced and exciting due to the double shift work days and short time period to service the students.

excellent place to studies and earn work experience. Leant with practical work at Front Office, House keeping and Food and Beverage.  Trained first students to get the Hotel standard services.

Nice place with friendly managers. Save work place, great team work that leads to the good company performance. Day usually is busy because of a lot of work, but it is guide because never get bored.
