had to steal gloves and boots as company not/rarely buy new PPE
Daily Exposure to Dangerous Chemicals

working at biogiene over the past year has made me learn alot and made me improve in alot of areas, like communication and patience. the workplace has a lot of different people like refugees and people that are from oversees, it was good hearing there stories and there places of origin which was probably the most enjoyable part of my job, learning about struggle and how the way of the world is.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There wa no best part very hard to speak to a manager or supervisor after working with the company for a year did not get much support or communication with them and my partner and I left the company and found another job 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No communication at all with the company

The manager is absolutely racist, he hates Africans And he has been dismissed a lot from work. They use extremely dangerous chemicals and of the employees got burned from the chemicals and the  hr and management don’t seem to care at all. 
They tell you not to come in to work if you’re sick BUT if you do call in sick you get a warning. I did 3 shifts and never got paid for it.

Not good leadership from COO,
Little regard for safety
No interest in improving on how they do things
Little to no formal training of onsite and office staff
Management have very limited views on safety

Biogiene is one of the professional cleaning company and friendly team to work with.  I have learned a lot about  site budget management and work force management skills. Enjoyed every single moment in my last 4 and half years with biogiene.

Excelente and awesome company to work for and always having a good communication with their staff made by time working there very good and lots of training to learn more about a specific job

Terrible place to work at. Overtime every day manager doesn't know what they're doing. No team work, constant warnings and breaks are taken off you. People constantly away so short staffed nearly every night 

good supporting management.  work with team environment. always you are ready to make it happen. opportunities to learn. good company happy to work with.

Got this job a couple of months ago. It was alright, but not very fulfilling and management dont care about you. The only good thing about this job are the people you meet
