It is used to be a great place to work. The workload was very manageable. The company seems to care about workplace health and safety which is something I really appreciated while working there. I was able to achieve a good work life balance while I worked for this company. 

However, my last three months of working here were horrible. Due to this website’s review policies, there are many details I would like to include but cannot. In my last three months, I had to prioritise my workload each day, depending on how busy the day was. The most challenging part of each day was focusing on what tasks I could fit into the limited hours on my shift as the workload was unevenly, one-sidedly and unfairly distributed.

In my experience, there seemed to be a pecking order in this company with the ordinary cleaners on the bottom rung of the food chain. If you have any problems with your work conditions, workplace culture, and workload, then good luck being taken seriously. Head office have very little idea what actually happens on a day-to-day or even week to week basis on this site.  

I would have given this company 5 stars had it not been for my experiences in the last three months. Conditions may be better at some of their other sites, I am sure of it. However, if I could sum up my experience in the last 3 months of working here, I would say there is very little accountability and a serious lack of consequences. Again, the website’s review policies prevent me from going into further detail.

This company really needs to do better to retain their loyal staff. They could start by recognising that everyone has some sort of sense of dignity and self-respect, even if they happen to be on the bottom of the food chain.   


The we can attitude and move forward attitude is key, to the flexibility that is required at all the work sites that a allocated to you.

That a typical day , can and bring a situation that  just do it , and overcome barriers, that all management and staff are very approachable, and your hard work is always recon signed.  The most important part that I have learnt that the tools on meeting ate so important to communication with the daily achievement's  that the company as a whole have to uphold in the management level.
Always the most enjoyable the "Thank you's"  , the personal recognition, for a job well done.
Hardest part off the job would sometimes be the time management skills that you develop and require to complete your given tasks in a team environment, with new members off your team, being added and changes that are imp laced to fulfill the contract requirement.

Everyday is a new day that is the most important skill that  I developed also, a positive, happy environment at all times.

I enjoy the work always, I am a very dedicated team member.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The location I worked at was the University of the Sunshine Coast. Home to The Lightening Netball Team. Great location to work at.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lay is oddly set up. While on-site and working, your pay is 1.25 unit per hour. When you are off sick, and even with a doctor's certificate, your is just 1 unit per hour. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is good. The culture definitely needs upgrading.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My typical day was, I no longer work at this company, full of compliments from members of the University, but a lot of complaints as to how the work was orchestrated.

 No best part about it it a loose one for the first time and the best thing that has come out of all this involves cleaning

Not goodness what you say about this involves general cleaning along with your time 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not good 😐 because of this involves general practice makes perfect sense of humour in your body akes

I started as Account Manager, then was promoted to Customer Service Manager, when the State Manager left.
Unfortunately due to lack of support from senior management.
It proofed a difficult but satisfying position. In this position I improved to utilize the ability to think on my feet, & react effectively in a very timely manner.
Overall a very rewarding Position.

Brisbane Head office management are terrible people. They treat site cleaners like lesser beings, don't try ro help if there's a problem, take hours off you to give to new hires because they don't have any and say awful things about employees, including supervisors to other employees.

Stressful, don't follow WHS
Treated differently as I'm not related like others.

Had many places to go visit and clean there office and buildings , get to meet the soldiers at Jarra creek in Tully doing training at there camping ground . Get to start fresh and early in the morning or later in the evening it suits either way !
I loved my job working there , also Ergon energy depot , courthouse , Tully Community Centre . I felt I was important at that time . Unemployed now

The work environment in the company is good because we can work with people from different countries

Enjoyable day of cleaning. And learning new techniques and improving in daily basis. Managing time schedule in everyday routine.
Working with colleagues with different culture.The hardest part of this job if your not feeling well but you still have to finish your task. But the  enjoyable part of this job is flexibility of time. More time to spend with family.
