The day starts with being assigned rooms and ends when all work has been finished in every room. There is a time limit per room, however, when someone is free to help, aiding each other is acceptable in order to finish a job.

I learned to be quicker and efficient in everything that I do. I also learned to manage my time properly in order to finish work while staying on schedule. More importantly, I learned the value of teamwork and in helping one another to achieve a goal.

Everybody in work treat each other as family and we do not hesitate to help one another if it is possible. The hardest part of the job is the time constraints per room, however, one gets used to it over time. The most enjoyable aspect of this job is being able to see myself be an efficient person in what I do.

Working at this Dental Centre flows quite easy, we have a good system set up to allow our day to day schedule flow well

I have learnt more about reception duties at this job, things like ordering and different Dental systems and schemes

The people I work with here are very nice and easy to work with we all work very well in a team and help each other out

The hardest part of the job would be when we don't have enough staff and i need to answer phones and also help with dental procedures but i manage

The most enjoyable part of this job is that you never know what to expect with patients and i'm always learning new things and seeing new things and helping patients that are in pain which is great

- Typically I would set up functions such as formalities,  and business meetings
- Working heavy duties helped me be more cautious where to move heavy objects to avoid waste of energy and time during my shift.
- With the culture at my work all employees helps each other and would automatically imbibe these values in his/her daily life.
- The hardest part of the job was working on my own almost every shift. Every time it was a busy day for everyone I'd need assistance but can't get any help. In the end I'd stay back late hours to finish my job.
- The thing I enjoyed the most about my job was meeting new people and getting more comfortable working with them.

My day was spent greeting guests checking into the motel. Directing them to their rooms. Advising of things to do in Port Macquarie.
My co-workers were excellent, I learnt a lot from them.
I found the hardest part of the job was knowing that I was not guaranteed the hours.
The most enjoyable part of the job was liasing with the guests, it is interesting speaking with them as you find out so many different things about people. That is the most rewarding part, knowing that you have helped someone to have a great experience in enjoying the stay with you,.

I am healthy positive and sport loving individual who loves to accomplish and achieve my goals. As a team member, I am responsive to directions from supervisors, and contribute effectively to team discussions and organisational planning. I have high confidence in myself which allows me to stand firm and deal with customers in a very articulate and professional manner. But the most and best reason that makes me the best candidates for this position is my determination to become an integral part of your business.

Worst place to work driven by a company named 7Hospitality that only care about profits and nothing about actual work or the staff, Don is the worst of them. Thinking he owned the place and forgeting he is only another number for someone else and trying to undermine the staff positivism and growth if they wouldnt bend the knee to him,thats how a small person he is.

Over all fantastic place of employment and great staff. The hours were fantastic, plus my supervisor was very flexiable with what days that i needed to have satisfaction, plus to maintain a pleasant lifestyle. All areas with in the job wasnt hard but rewarding at the end of the day. The clientele were just as polite in return. Customer service was very important focus to to the the buisness. I am proud to have been employed through Best Western.

Working at Best Western Plus was not only just exciting but it was something new for me. Being a receptionist for a week was fun! I learned many things that helped me through school. It was a safe and healthy environment. My favourite part about working in the office was that I got to meet and greet many different people and it was awesome. I also got to be a cleaner for the 2nd week I was there and it was just as exciting as working in the office. I did learn a few tips to take back home and it was fun!

I thrived in the high pace and rewarding position and gained respect from all team members by providing leadership, experience and enthusiasm. With the guidance of an employer who tried very hard to build our relationship, I enjoyed being able to implement ideas and put what I had learned into practice. The hardest part of having a family and working the 86 hours a week required was missing out of significant milestones in their lives.

The GM leon was just a nasty piece of work. didn't care about his staff, treated his management like garbage, wanted to micromanage and interfere but actually has no idea how to run anything. Hired staff who were his friends who just got paid to do nothing and got away with assaulting other staff members. Didn't legally pay his staff either. Just an all round nasty guy who made a toxic work environment that I would run screaming from.
