Very generous company to work for. Great pay and commission. The structure that comes from the global office is really fun and inclusive. However this is not enough to compensate for the pressure and the lack of support from the Australian support office. The support office are only concerned with the bottom dollar. They have no concern for their team on the floor.  They do not offer support and only berated as “they know better”. They do not follow the guidelines set out by the retail award and flow their own rules that end up burning out team members. It’s very hard to develop loyalty when you know you are just a number.

The most negative environment i have ever worked in. They literally just hire anyone to the point that nobody applies for their jobs anymore because the staff turn over is so high so they hire anyone interested. They will totally mess you around with hours and its a very unstable job unless your a manager and the managers get paid peanuts. You are worked so hard and never able to sit for a second. Ugly uniform and the tackiest brand in myer. Training managers have no idea and talk down to you, always made to feel stupid. Its quite obvious the state and training managers aren't qualified for their jobs! Would never recommend anyone work here

I adored working for Benefit. I learnt a lot about working in a large company and with a lot of different people from all over the world. Benefit also taught me a lot about understand my customers. I managed a Benefit counter for 2 months which taught me a lot about business processes such as rostering and business figures. Working there was always fun and exciting and Benefit loved being cheeky and different.

High KPIs making it very competitive. There is no opportunity for job  advancement. The more you achieve your budget in sales the more it increases. I didn’t experience the sisterhood culture quite the opposite.

During my time at benefit i have no progressed even though i voiced that i wanted to. The managers do not care for their staff they just care about making money. They don't appreciate their staff in anyway shape or form and thats why it has such a high turn over of staff

loved my year at Benefit met some amazing girls who I know I will be friends with for life! really good company to work for with amazing free bees! However, there was a lot of pressure at times with hitting daily targets etc.

Working at Benefit Cosmetics has been an experience, to say the least. The company has no compassion for mental illness, pushes you hard for sales and if you are a Brow Expert you won't be getting any weekends off.

if wanting to enter the beauty industry Benefit is the right way forward as it is such a competitive hard selling company other make up companies acknowledge the skills you gain from there

Benefit cosmetics believes laughter is best cosmetics they help women’s and I love to work with them full enjoyment good team every month new uniform thanks 😊
