co - workers are beautiful, we are all different individual,most of them good but some of them are have big gab of understanding true meaning of English is  makes us difficult to cope with 
We have no problem to work with our client and our direct manager.
Management especially middle management are ridiculously forced us to work more harder within short amount of time.
Seems they don't care how we can cope with over workload.
i.e) we are already over working for multiple tasks without break but keep making new rules for squeeze staff and forced us changing new ways to do things at work very often for ground staff.
I don't feel like I living in the Country with democracy.
Other staff are have same opinion as I 
Probably only this problem in field of Aged care worker I hope !

Perhaps I believe CEO is fine person, he or she they have no idea how hard work load for staff, how middle management people treated us.

Do not work for this organisation if you require any of the following - 

- to be paid correctly and on time it will ALWAYS be your fault when payroll make an error which is regular

- Supportive management even when you do follow procedure management wont so again it will always be your fault even something as simple as taking your owed leave is a nightmare

- Training you will be thrown in the deepend normally in a role with absolutely no policies or none that are relevant and actually work

- Double the workload of every other organisation and it will be your fault that you can't get it done regardless of the fact the turn over is so high no one lasts longer than 6 months and if you do actually manage to take leave prepare to work at least 12 hours unpaid overtime when you return because if anyone did attempt to do your role they would have screwed it up and they never replace you unless it's more than a week

I would think long and hard before accepting anything with this employer honestly not worth it

The clients and making new great friends with some staff members

Dealing with rostering  and being forced to work with other staff you didn’t get along with 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is no culture and during my time there, there was a poor working environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I would have extremely busy days inadequate time to get from one shift to another I’d be given half hour to get to a shift that was an hour away from  ect seldomly get enough time for toilet breaks or lunch breaks would quite often have to eat on the run

If you’re happy to just plod along and take what you’re given, shift wise, then go for it. But if you need set hours and consistent work, keep looking. I moved house and was told I’d have ample work in the new area if I was to stop driving so much to my old shifts… currently have 3 hours per week. If I’m lucky. And now that the new award system is in place I’ve had shift pulled from me with little notice and left with no work on any given day. Travel allowance for fuel between shifts doesn’t even come close to covering what we pay. Not for profit??? Pfft!!! Sure. Currently searching for work elsewhere. Can’t wait to leave. 

Working independently in the community suited me. Supportive culture. They make you feel valued passing on positive feedback, organise staff get together. They also pay you for time travelling which some other organisations don't. Only issue Is my work schedule isnt super varied. Although PCA's are suppose to do a variety of tasks (Personal care, shopping, transporting people, respite care, cleaning) I always get Personal care and cleaning and rarely get the other jobs but I guess there is a bigger need for those categories. 

I'm not sure what exit interviews are for when they are not acted on - or if they are we are not advised accordingly - and staff consistently leave and nothing changes. Hard working staff are not being supported and inadequate management continues to be employed at Moonee Ponds. The people doing all the amazing day to day work need to be recognised more and management needs to improve its accountability, professionalism and integrity.

No support from management, money hungry corporate culture. Stupid KPIs, nobody can explain why Care Consultants in HCP team have to do five home visits per week. Overcomplicated process of documentation. I am not sure if it is legitimate but my employment agreement contained the paragraph I gave to work “reasonable extra hours without pay”. I am sure Fair Work Commission would love to hear about it.

Every day searched for stories, strategised for campaigns or created brochures.
Learned a lot about UX and information architecture and the public/social sphere in Australia.
Mangement--unbelievably easy to get feedback, support and encoragement from. Great people.
Co-workers, lovely team, talented and fun.
Hardest part of my job was competitor analysis.
Writing great stories about our organisation and pitching them to media too.

If you like to brown nose you will do well in the geelong facility 
Poor management 
If you work as a PCA everything is your fault 
No support from nurses or NUMS 
And don’t even bother seeking help from anyone higher 
Food quality is poor most nights it looks like slop on a plate 
Night staff do nothing not even sure why they are there 
Would never put my family member here 

Big company bigger problems, too many system changes, lack of current SAH information, care consultants role is becoming bigger and harder, mor difficult, multiple meetings for no real purpose. My KMS do not match my petrol allowance and no KPI'S until you make a mistake.
