Busy with lots to do from assisting customers,processing transaction, cash ordering, foreign currency processing, ATM replenishments and balancing, night safe and express deposit processing.  Building relationships and providing customers with service and product options. Booking appointments and referals to other stakeholders.
Learning never stops, continueous learning, systems, procedures and processing, learning to deal with difficult customers and dealing with objections.  Good support which has helped me learn and  increase my level of skill and knowledge. 
Good managemnt which has encouraged me to develop my skills in leadership by managing the branch and team when needed, which includes holding meeting, allocating workstation to relief staff, signing them into the branch with induction process.
One team spirit and good values within our team in assisting and supporting each other.
The hardest part is being understaffed.
Constantly dealing with customers and new challenges is most definately the most enjoyable part of the job.

A typical day at work would be to plan the day then throw those plans out the window and deal with the reality of a high pressure & fast paced Customer Service role ensuring that all Customer needs are met whilst introducing them to the full range of our Products & Services.
Constant monitoring & reporting of Sales Results, training & coaching staff, rostering, problem solving, cash handling & managing staff.
The most enjoyable part of the job is celebrating success and mentoring staff into upward promotions.
The hardest part of the job is maintaining a superior level of service to my Customers with almost no staff and very little support from Management during staff shortages.

Friendly team work driven customer orientated inbound Call Centre taking up to 80 calls per day. Emphasis on resolving customer issues in a timely fashion both on the spot and by following up on issues escalated to other departments and external providers. Regular coaching to assist in adhering to KPI's.
Can be challenging dealing with customers who have English as a second language and customers unhappy with service levels that do not meet their expectations.
Working with professional, results driven people that care about each other and giving the best customer experience possible.

Worked in finance area which has helped me in with the learning of supply. Reviewing stock levels ordering stock, balancing loans , customer service, meeting with management , seminars, attending settlements, balancing spread sheets. We had a very knowledgeable manager and an a likeable person

Bank Security within Bank SA locations across Adelaide are easy to work with and I wish I had a more permanent position with this company, but unfortunately the contract has now expired.

It helped me build my confidence, working as a team, setting goals, helping others, continuously learning new things, handling money, working in customer service in person and over the phone, filing, privacy & procedures, also a lot of OHS.
