Benefits and team atmosphere are top notch, as well as support from local leaders when called upon.  Customer & associate relationships bring fulfillment to the job and shine some positive light into the branches.  BUT, upper level management is quite detached from the day to day realities, their expectations are extremely high with intense pressure from top to bottom.  If you thrive in a chaotic atmosphere that changes daily, enjoy reaching for higher and higher goals, and being compensated for growth that quickly becomes not enough,  then this is the place for you.

A typical day is fun, I learnt to work smarter and not harder.Management was fantastic and the workplace culture was easy going and lots of fun.the hardest part tho would be is that its purely a sales role, so you either make it or you don't. The hardest part for me was I could never get my vacation time approved as we where always short staffed and your vacation time allocated to you was not rolled over for the following year. what made it enjoyable was the team I worked in.

Over 13 years the knowledge of working with customers and banks accounts. In-putting very important information and funds into their checking accounts. Balancing and Researching files. Coordinating work that needed to be posted to customers account. Heavy deadlines. Typing letter to customers and banks, merchants. Communicating with others banks and merchants and customers. Customer services was a must.

This is a strong financial service company that controls a large percentage of the new England Market.  Management is very fair and strategic driven.

Change in direction on a monthly basis makes it challenging to build consistency and gain traction.  Associates are committed to success of the company and treatment of the customers.  Strong dedication to career development.

My experience was just that the co workers gossip a lot and do not tend to help others out and only focus on their potential gain. as far as management, they don't teach you what you need to learn. they just hope that you learn from online training courses

Excellent place to work for those who have a family and are not seeking much movement. Company is focused on associate readiness and willingness to understand needs of associates.

Great company. I have enjoyed working with this company. The work environment is exceedingly pleasant. Everyone works together as a team to accomplish the weeks goals. I have never been more pleased with a company.

Company is no longer trying to compete in equity research in much of Asia. Fast paced and a launching pad to other opportunities. High expectations despite lack of mgmt prioritization.

They were a good company until they forced all of their employees back into the office, even though production was not impacted while working from home.
