Working at bam for 8months was the best job I have ever had it’s friendly great supervisors best bosses, you could joke around with everyone there like one big family, if your ever down everyone is there for you or if your having trouble and need advice the boss is great for that so is the supervisors, the one supervisor I had he was amazing very understanding and easy going, couldn’t ask for a better supervisor 

invoicing orders that came through to be packed, supervisor was fun easy going, sometimes orders would be lost, or packed incorrectly, or come through wrong, working inside another business was an issue do to safety working around large forklifts for ship containers

Very early start to get delivery trucks on the road. Follow paperwork to locate products and get the right product on the right trucks. Good culture and management always willing flexible with most requests. Payroll always prompt and accurate. Good place to work.

Very un-organised workplace and management have no experience in staff management and how to fix issues in the workplace.  People are taken in as Casual basis to start, and you are lucky to get permanent in 18-24 months.  Place is a joke and warehouse staff are treated like mindless minions.

Typical day kept you busy 
But it was fine because the staff there are super supportive and inclusive
Training isn’t too good but the staff in transport will definitely be there for anything you need!

Unable to leave until orders are done leading to 12hr shifts

Erroneous software system
Handling tonnes of wine with faulty forklifts

Poorly organised system for packing wine on manual conveyor belt. Unkind behaviour received when concerns are expressed to supervisor. RSI from lifting wine boxes (12x750mL) and then throwing wine into box hampers.

The work is constantly changing way to much work at times for ammount of staff and equipment and also not a very good place if u are looking for a smooth going workplace 

It is a safe environment to work in, as well as not much experience is needed but forklift and RF scanning is preferred but will sort you into a production line with a team.

Learning different things and hands on experience. Driving, and making deliveries, dealing with customers everyday, and making deliveries in a timely manner.
