It is good place to work but management is quite not satisfactory. They tend to look after their own people, not equal opportunities. Not fair for all. People trying to push their own communities. Other than that good place to work. I love working in steggles just few people are like there who can’t go along other than that its very good environment to work. I recommend people to come and work in a diverse community and make all different kinds of friends and make good money.

The staff who are meant to be in charge are very lazy and very bossy. You dont see half of the operators/leading hands untill its clock off time.
Staff are very competitive and will cause trouble between staff to get a higher paying position. Some of the management are sleazy.
 Management don’t like to take accountability for wrong doings
Lots of overtime and if you say no to overtime be prepared to have your shifts cut as a punishment

Nothing  you get treated like dirt

Supervisor  they bully you  and don’t care about what your feelings are and try to get you do things you don’t want to

Terrible if you are not in the group you are nothing

Terrible and not worth the stress

It was good, good pay, good people, but its one of those jobs that you can't work there for too long or it will do you in.
Pay is good, people are good, compared to other factory jobs steggles is pretty good

senior management were pretty useless, very inflexible. Middle management tried to help out workers where possible but their hands were usually tied by senior management mandates.  The workers were always really good to work with. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Hmmm 🤷‍♂️ nothing to write home about.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Manager constantly standing around behind while fixing things.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Rather poor culture stemming from the top filtering down.

Very physically demanding but enjoyable, environmental challenges as you are in a very cold factory, offen wet. Management are wonderful helping you further any career prospects within the company.

I enjoyed working their for 16 years they are supportive and a place to grow your career.
they have a variety of different division within the business to determine what career you want to follow.
they give back to the community and support local charities and sports clubs

It depends on which section you are working on some are super easy tasks while the others are so hardcore. Friendly colleagues, you might find your new friend here.

I just dont recommend you to work there in front end section. Too much pressure, you do more, at first, you are praised but later you are yelled even you do well.
