Would not recommend  this company as an honest company to work for,  and feel secure for a future career. Management very focused on themselves with poor vision.

Working at the brewery was really good, it was fun, ongoing and had a positive environment and it gave me a confident boost and more knowledge on how a business operates.

I only worked for BBD for a short period of time on a contract. During this time they made me feel like family. They would have been the best employers/ management I have every worked for. The workplace culture was amazing.

Friendly nature, management was great the work was simple and was well explained when it was difficult, i really liked it there.

It is a great place to work and the people are fantastic to work with and the company looks after there employees. Also there is a lot of chance to expand your skills and move around to different departments.

The Company has grown in the last few years. Great CEO and great safety values . Safety is the most important agenda at all times.

Good place to work , nice people , not bad pay, job security is good.

Overtime is available sometimes.

Free drinks good pay nice people, very hot inside building though, and no management around to talk to if something is needed, u haveyo wait to be let out the building which is unsafe if there's a fire
