Do join BKH if you are ready to dedicate 5 and more days a week to your job. You will be paid competitively but engineers mostly work for 50 hours a week. Mostly not depending on the needs of the project but just because the quantity of employees gets chosen this way. If 200 man-hours a week need to be done, for BKH this means that they need 4 employees x 50 hours and not 5 employees x 40 hours. 

each morning the team always worked well in explaining safety and duties, I  learned judgment and how to apply a safe work load whilst conducting the equipment we had a great way of working together in a team .the hardest part of the job was the moving tools around the job site.it was easy to apply skills after explained the roles of the day

Great EBA rates. Pay always on time never an issue. increases every 6 months without asking. work on most best jobs in sydney. Worth investing your life with as long as you work hard and look after the company in return company will look after you.

Great culture, good on the job training, I was there 6 years, managers were helpful, stand alone accounts payable, plus PA to general manager and administration help to project managers

They do not pay fair to what you are worth in the market. The main accountant within the company will try and rip you off. They do not value work, lift balance. The company isnt what it was 10 years ago

The Safety concern for their workers is excellent. the company's main priority is the safety and well-being of their employees, any injured employees are adequately taken care of during their time of recovery.

the company is great but the mostly they hire through subcontractors and they wont pay good. they don't hire without subcontractors. even though one has to work for a long time.

The place is good very even their culture works place  this work is very easy and salty and the management are good   they when you are work if you feel hungry just standard up and go and eat

BKH is a tough work place, but it will help you learn many things. The one thing i learned the most is you have to be on point in everything you do. At the end of the day, they mainly care about your safety.
