Great Family/Manufacturing company to work for; however market changes have forced the Company to downsize its Australian operations ( voluntary & forced redundancies ), and upsize its operations in China.
Has moved from a place of employment with high job security, to being extremely vulnerable to Australian market conditions.
Good History with an unknown future within Australia, but with an evolving future in Asia.

Signed a permanent contract, notified them of a family member in hospital and a legal matter which needed attention and notified them about it, then on a Monday got a text to not come back to work when I was meant to receive 1 week notice and got no contact from anyone, so please save yourself the hassle, terrible pay, terrible management, DO NOT APPLY SAVE YOUR TIME 

B&R is continuing to grow in size, and offer to market.  Being privately owned it can move very fast to meet the needs to the customer. 
Learn a lot on the job.
People who are keen are given opportunities to develop themselves.
Lots of training on offer.

All team members encourage and wiling to teach new comers all aspects of the warehouse 
All staff are treated with respect 
It’s a family owner company and your treated as one of there own
Everyone is included in special occasions

The family business really looked after their employees. 
Pay wages are a bit low but the loyal workers get rewarded every 5 years. 
They had annual Christmas party and every employee get a leg ham to take home, they also had annual family night. 
Ever since the change of manager, the culture in the company has gone down hill so I quit.

Used to be a great place to work until the new generation of ceo's took over.  There's no communication and no way of working up the ladder, unless  your a favourite of one of the right people or a family member. Wages are rubbish, unless you work six days a week, so no work life balance. On the plus side it's a cushy and stable job.

B&R was a fairly easy going place, some of us worked realy hard, while there was a few employees that were aloud to do what can only be described as below the bare minimum. This only bothered me slightly as i prefere to work hard and their bludging alowed me to to do just that.

Would recommend for casual/vacation work but not as a career. Fulltime warehouse staff are listed as production workers on fulltime contracts and I don't believe are paid fairly.

Warehouse staff and warehouse management are very helpful and friendly.

Not a good company to work with. Poor pay and poor management. Waste of space for such a big warehouse. Every day there’s always parts that a missing or haven’t been ordered which slows down the process of getting orders completed. No good!!!

I work for money, it just so happens to be BnR Enclosures whom paid. Was  made redundant and took reduncancy package and brought a american Les-Paul Gibson 1975 for $7000.00 [2014] now valued at $15000 [2019] thank-you BnR Enclosures.
