Most of the time I work in siliconising operations where it is the opposite side of the sticker paper. The formulation of silicon also depend of the particular glue for its purpose in industry.
Where you will be amazed how fast the operation on the paper industries where splicing/ connecting of one roll to the other at the fast face. But on the other it will require also hard part of the job just in case of missed connection during splicing, where you have to collect a lot of rubbish and clean up . It will take sometime also before to get back to normal again.

Going through 100's of invoices and investigated the problem with invoices and updating mrp system so the problem occurs again. Really enjoyed the role and other employees they where very helpful. Most enjoyable part of the job was knowing that when l left that the same problems with invoices will not happen again.

Reliable  secure work with co-workers who work as a team.  Avery Dennison have been a good employer, making sure all employees are well trained and have a feeling of security. Comradship is a large part of daily production and the work requirements are achievable through good team management.

fantastic company with excellent wages, I would still be there if they did not move so far away. Travelling to Oakliegh every day in peak hour traffic would take at least 1.5 - 2 hours a day both ways.

My job contained numerous data entry position/Customer Service/ Looking after Branch enquiries. Switchboard.

The most challenging of these was to make sure that all work was completed daily.

I learned how to pick stock orders and send them out.
All the employers where easy to get along with.
The hours where 7 - 3 i enjoyed that left me plenty of time after work to get things done around the house and shopping.

Just an average company with average pay and decent benefits. Workload is seasonal and not consistent so you can relax your fair bit of time. Recommended if you are looking for a relaxed job with average pay
