Avenues Early Learning Centre

Manager too old to understand staffs.
They not allow to go school, hospital.
Can not use sick leave or annual leave.
Because manager not allowed to use.
Staffs always sick, because can not have day off or holiday.
All the event was have to pay $20.
Unpaid staff meetings. Every month.
All the gift was cheaper chocolate.
95% international staffs who do t understand English well.
80% staff is u qualified students.
They only hiring cheap students.
Can not trust management.

Some of the staff were absolutely lazy while others had to pick up the slack. Educators were incompetent and inadequate when it came to supervision. Too much pressure on Lead Educators when it came to paperwork and programming. Management and owners only cared about appearance rather than the happiness of the children and staff. No wonder there was such a large turnover with staff - this centre was an awful place to work at.

My director was very supportive as a professional development or as a director.
Very friendly staff and management and always ready to help. 3 seperated yards good for the kids splitting and easy to supervise and ease to get them know their needs and interests. 

This is a very good place to start out your career. All the staff here help you advice and grow together with you. Providing free food and snack break. Pay above reward. Good and friendly environment. I feel like I didn't go to work at all

I have learnt the in and outs of a childcare centre. 
I love the interaction I got to do with the children.
It was a very profession centre just wasn't every good to the staff members. A lot of bullying and stealing from other staff members.

Friendly staff with good communication.
A good place to work, learn and experience as a childcare educator.
Big play areas and well-provided for kids' facilities.

This centre is a good centre to work at. They provide all well being for the children of all ages.  The staff are friendly and the manager is always understanding.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time working for Avenues Early Learning Centre. During my time working for this company I feel as though I have learnt many things that will help me in life.

Working with the educators was super easy and fun,nice fun and relaxing,but management is terrible,very terrible, the staff work even when sick,which makes everyone sick too.Rude Center director no empathy atall

Avenues is a really good Centre, I'm will recommend 100%. they had very nice culture environment, my manager  and the assistant manger they were very  nice persons.
