Management care more about making money then the well being of their employees. No career movement at all. Good luck trying to get full time work as you will be a casual for the foreseeable future. The working environment is dusty, dirty and stressful at times as they expect you to hit your numbers every day. Your made to eat your morning tea and lunch in the storage area of the workshop which is dirty and with mice constantly running around. The team on the floor are an awesome bunch of people to work with. I wish I didn't waste my time with this company .

Nothing good about working there,very toxic.

Working with untrustworthy people.

Terrible culture unless you have a big tongue.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very stressful day,you had to watch your back.

Been with company about 14 years.  Done work in all departments ie despatch receiving stock orders credits box kits.  Worked very honesty and best if my ability.  Even worked weekends where required.  Had to relocate the warehouse about 3 times therefore worked over 12 hours each days when required..   now was moved to new warehouse which wasn't suitable for my lifestyle and also needed some break and change.

That easy !

Overworked and underpaid. Completely taken advantage of. Not enough staff to cover the demand that management don’t think about. It’s all about profit for higher management. Managers will palm off all their work to you. Some days you work 15-16 hours and if your contracted times are to finish at 3 you’re expected to work longer or you’re looked down upon. 

Started as a Financial accountant, was part of the SAP implementation team and got promoted to Financial controller role. Great business to work for but due to career exposure, ie commercial exposure I decided to move after spending 4 years growing in this company.

This is probably one of the worst companies that treat it's emplyees like slaves, and the HR is need of counselling, so you can imagine what you are going to face on daily basis, don't even think about working for this company, you will regret it.

very cohesive staff who would readily assist each other. Local senior management are very focused on a positive workplace culture and go out of their way to keep staff informed of how the business is performing.
