I have had the pleasure of working at an incredible workplace that has truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I had found a special place that fosters growth, collaboration, and a genuine sense of fulfillment. Here, I would like to share my experience and highlight the reasons why this workplace deserves the highest praise.

First and foremost, the company culture is nothing short of exceptional. All inclusive friendly workplace. Staff and management very professional and easy to get along with. I enjoy a variety of positions and have had on the job training for specialized services. This has included opportunities to be included in management teams when the need arises. 
A typical day at work includes assistance in entry, directions and support to customers in need. 
The most difficult part of my job is explaining entry rules and dress codes when people have not been previously informed.
I have enjoyed different aspects of my job, as I find working with people in the public both challenging and rewarding and the days I get to work around the horses, jockeys, trainers and their owners I have learned a lot about the love of the horses and that its not just about the races.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Every day was different in various areas as a Concierge at the Chairman’s .As a customer service professional I enjoyed working with people of various backgrounds to enhance customer expectations and providing a memorable experience.
The training and development was first class
Well done team  and management at Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Thinking about what free meal we would have for lunch

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very positive working environment, every one is willing to help one another to provide a quality customer experience.

A multi-functional position, work closely with Executive Director of Hospitality and Events and other executives and senior management.  Management “matrix” interactive occurs regularly with operational, marketing and sales, finance and administration, membership, track and property maintenance and external statutory authorities and NSW political spectrum.  The tasks include working very closely with several sub-committees and preparation of various reports to Board of Directors.

I originally started working for the ATC, to earn extra money to go on an overseas holiday with a couple of girlfriends.
Even after the money was saved, I continued working Saturdays, as it never really feels like I'm working.
Its a very social environment, surrounded with people from every walk of life.
The team you work with on every shift, are always a pleasure to spend the day with.
The ATC looks after every individual, and has a very good safety and quality culture.
Their annual membership relies on the highest level of Customer Satisfaction, and it's always a pleasure to be able to contribute to an award winning service level.

Mostly my shift starts from 8/9am-5/6pm. Learnt to work in a super busy pace work could fit in capacity 1,000 peoples. Management is friendly, well sometimes they do push cause some waiters they do their job slow. Workplace culture is I have no complain about it seems just ok for me. The hardest part of the job is to serve Australia Prime Minister and also those Super VVIP in Member’s Club and Owner but once you get along will be fine.

Colleagues are from every Continent! It's a nice atmosphere where you can have a laugh but switch on when it's game time. Everyone has a good level of expertise in their area, this is taken note of when creating teams per event/function which leads to less kerfuffles and more compliments and satisfaction.

I've always appreciated the efforts by the Kitchen to serve us lovely meals, we get a portion of what's served at a function/event i.e. Seafood, soup, roasts, salads, fruit, desserts and more! 

Always a joy working here. Management is well organized and efficient, even when it gets really busy on race days. They take care of their staff really well too - always making sure that you have had lunch and small breaks in the afternoon. Food provided is also delicious, good pay and all the staff are very nice & approachable. Awesome ATC workplace culture!

more of a weekend job for students, semi-retirees 😅, a weekend / occasional function shift during the week. Pay very good. Paid meal break after 5 hours working in a shift. ATC also supply a free buffet lunch, self serve soft drinks, cold/hot filtered water and tea/coffee facilities. 
Very high staff retention rate. Some staff having worked for ATC for more than 40 years.

May be standing for long hours

Excellent. Compassionate managing level team. Providing breaks and food.
