It was a very tough job, very physical and there was a lot to learn. A typical day at work consisted in a lot of cleaning around the airport facilities, a few of the staff members were not very welcoming to new comers and formed their own social groups. Management in the other hand was great. Most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people everyday and seeing different faces. It was very time consuming to get to work and back home every day, traveling to the airport and back. Overall it was a good job, it was just the other staff who did not make it welcoming enough for me to feel comfortable to stay.

Floor staff have commitment to doing a good job up to a point they can no longer tolerate the bullying and demoralising treatment they receive from management then it is a general feeling of giving up and why bother anymore. Management are so disorganised and only concerned with their own jobs, they do not care about staff under them or the pressures/unreasonable expectations put on them. Would only recommend this company if you want a job that shatters your self esteem and induces so much stress from management treatment multiple staff become physically ill.

Great supervisors, great working environment, meeting good people

I don't think there is much stress, this company will accommodate you if your getting stressed out

The work environment is great, you get to meet some good ppl

I work graveyard shift, a typical day/night is not to bad once your body clock gets use to it

I have never been so disappointed in my whole professional career by a company and the management the way Assetlink did! The area manager was more interested and weary about protecting his job and seat that actually get involved in the team issues and daily activities. As a team lead I was not able to secure jobs for my team as most of them were hired casual ONLY!!! The company does not want to assume responsibility for their employees and regards any staff as a potential liability! Stay away, there are so many other companies that foster great life balance and great human relationships!

Upper management really need to look at themselves and the people that they are putting into management positions on mining sites especially WA ones! 
The purple circle does exist managers cannot be friends with their employees thats where the work ethic turns to slop.
Managers need to work together -it shouldn't be hard and they should spend less time outside vaping and become more hands on so they know what's going on around them!

Incompetent client relationship managers, dealing with client & assetlink management can be very difficult. Assetlink does not care about their employees safety at work, they will force you to carry out work not even relevant to your field. Management constantly talk down to their staff. They expect champagne service for minimal wage. Absolutely disgusting behavior from management. If your after a job that destroys your self esteem then look no further.

Not a good place to work, management are not friendly at all, all they care about is there own pocket rather then the duty of care to their staff. They look down at all employees & consider every single one a potential liability. You are not appreciated for your effort & hard work, plenty of other companies out there that foster good working relationships with their employees.
Good luck getting a uniform too.
Do not waste your time working for assetlink. Disgrace.

Nothing stressful. You are guided every day with new ideas and new indormation

Smooth, friendly and multi-culture where all people works under the same roof

Busy and quit. As long as you you do your job. Day are smooth with out any stress

Day to day work is all time management, continues paper documentation, updating training for staff, day to day maintenance of cleaning in the Centre. Forum and building a good relationship to the management when it concerns the Centre. Staff has been so good. The most enjoyable part of the job for me is when the Management appreciate the effort done by the whole team.

Very friendly people good team work and best part is manger is always there to help team.

Sometimes we have to deal with abuse customers.
