Mondy to Friday is a normal workings days from 6:30 to 16:10 but on Fridays we clocks out at 12:55 early.
I learned how to use CO2, fitting, and services the rail wagons and torpdos and I've learned how to work safely using a HIRA before we start the job.
My manager are good to us.
My work place is for maintenance and rebuild torpidos sometimes I work a locco work shop to weld or fabricate the buffer box. 
The hardest part of the job when the torpdo derail on the rail we have to run and help riggers to put torpdo or runners (wagons)back to the rail in time because blust finest its keep producing the iron, because torpido transport the iron from  blast finest to BOF. Another part is to manage the contractors when they rebuild torpdos.
The job that I enjoy is to rebuild the rail wagons and weld it using boilermakers tools , cutting touch, angle grinder and Co2.

Work is very demanding and tiresome mostly
I have learned a lot in my field,assisting co workers and junior manager.Management is a young generation and their plant knowledge is sometimes limited.But cant complain about them.I work in an environment where drastic changes took place..ie majority are black employees,which I don't have a problem with.I respect everybody and so get respect back.
Hardest part of the job is to make sure work gets done that is of high standards,can be frustrating at some times.Also when co workers don't want to co operate.
Enjoyable part of my job is to know when I do my job the right way,and to be a positive energy source to other workers around me.

It is a good working place where there's alot of experimental situations you can get a great exposure with. It is a place of safety and security, ArcelorMittal employees and constructors always follow the rules and procedures, they always aware of wrong doings and they are not allowed. You can get to know how to work as a team also against under pressure at some point.

Enjoyed the short time spent at this company during its phase of closure preparation.

Highly skilled workforce which will prove to be valued employees for whom ever they work for in future.

Enjoyed working for Maurice Windley once again and hope to work for him again one day.

I enjoyed working at Arcelor Mittal,the company builded my life and career.I have learned to express my self and know that safety come first in everything you do.

I have learned a lot since I started doing this job, such as Good working with friends, Bosses, and others things as well. the hardest part of this job is when u are a beginner , for me. Most enjoyable part is being a operator .

The company hires production learners to do the work of highly paid staff but at a cheaper price. There is no sense of improvement, they only promote ypu after a minimum of 7 years. They also consider race and gender in order for you to be considered 

Working long hours.
Different skills on how to operate the Straightening Machines.
Depends on who you are.
Always work as a team.
When the steel twists while setting the Straighteners.
When pulling by both two Straighteners.

We clean big 12 rooms daily and 6 offices .We clean the 14 toilet often after 3 hours used when there are lot of students attending or teachers attending there.There is a lot of work and the chemicals damage our clothes and skin.

I do not feel productive or useful.
40 patients for chest x-ray.
Co-workers are pleasant to work with
Hardest part is ti keep myself busy while waiting for the next patient.
Meeting new people.
