A typical day at work is anything you want it to. You make your own working hours and have 24/7 support by other consultants and uplines in your area and all around Australia. Your Management want nothing more than for you to advance and be your best possible self. The hardest part of my job is trying to not smile or feel good about life, Arbonne has helped me reach all personal growth goals I never would have dreamed of and is such a great company I cant understand why everyone doesn't work for them. 
The products they sell are consumable and you get great discounts, their ethics and beliefs correlate very well with mine and allow me to work around my life so I will never have to miss out on a family get together or catching up with a friend ever again.

My typical work day generally revolves around myself with arbonne. Being an Independent consultant meant that i could work when i wanted to and organise my work around my lifestyle.

My upper management are always open and encouraging and available at any point throughout the day!

The hardest part of the job, is getting other people to understand that this lifestyle is possible for anyone and everyone and it really is easy!

Pure Safe Beneficial - Arbonne is a highly regarded, premium brand with a Swiss heritage. The products are botanically based and inspired by nature.
Work from home, set your own schedule, work wartime, be your own boss, lead others, travel more, give to charitable causes

Besides the ineffectiveness of the products, the consultants that are up the line act ruthlessly and unprofessionally when dealing with unsatisfied customers. 
I highly recomend NOT signing up as a consultant, trying to sell ineffective products & dealing with ruthless two faced women.

Overall the company is still in it's growing phase but the main focus is to ensure the field is well looked after, technology certainly let us down 2 years straight!

The culture is excellent and available to anyone who wants to create their own business around their current job or lifestyle. You can create your own team and manage it in your own time without location or time restrictions.

Company is a scam. Did my research after I closed my business down. Products cost more than I was making. Did not have a team, didn't get to where I wanted to be. Lack of team support from other consultants
